Bitola’s beloved club welcomes a new coach from Turkey and also new equipment for the rest of the season.
58-year-old Naci Şensoy is the new coach of Pelister. Today Pelister presented him officially at a press conference and also revealed the new kits the club will use for the rest of the 2016/17 season.
Şensoy is born in former Yugoslavia (in Kosovo more precisely) but has moved to Turkey on a young age where he started his career as a footballer. In his coaching career he has lead many clubs in Turkey, Bulgaria and Albania, while a short period has been part of a side in Serbia. His last team was Pirin from Blagoevgrad whom he managed to save from relegating the Bulgarian top flight.
He will currently be the second Turkish coach as Yüksel Yeşilova is already managing Bregalnica.
Pelister also revealed the new playing equipment. The kits are in darker green than usual and are made by little known Italian sportswear brand Givova who are also making the kits for the national team of Iran and the Serie A side of Chievo. They will be available for sale in the stores of Intersport in Bitola.
