There was no winner in the clash between Vardar and Shkendija, Rabotnichki conceded a late equalizer to drop two points against Turnovo, while Renova and Shkupi collected minimal victories.
The derby of the round between Vardar and Shkendija failed to deliver. Instead of a spectacle, it turned to be a dull affair. Shkendija, trailing Vardar by one point entering the match, was focused on not losing. That approach led to underwhelming display as Vardar lacked the quality on this day to break down their opposition. In the 1st half, Dejan Blazhevski and Artak Dashyan had to leave due to injuries, but Vardar was ineffective with and without them. The same can be said for Shkendija on the offensive end. Overall, it was a derby to forget.

Sileks, like Rabotnichki, also dropped two points by letting in a late goal, in their case against Bregalnica. Sileks was looking to put some distance for that 3rd position, and Filip Duranski ensured a positive start when he grabbed the opening goal in the 19th minute. However, in the 89th minute, with Sileks still up 0:1 on the road, Slavcho Velkovski managed to find the back of the net with a nice shot, helping Bregalnica avoid the loss.
