The only Macedonian team that has decent chances to progress in the next round of the European competitions will face Danish club Odense BK.

Rabotnicki drew 1:1 away to Northern Irish side Crusaders and had good chances to defeat them on the second leg at home and qualify in the third qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League where they will meet Danish league runners-up Odense BK.

The other Macedonian clubs have already lost the chances for qualifying in the next rounds after the home defeats in the first matches. Makedonija GjP was defeated with 0:2 by BATE Borisov and has minimal chances in front of the second match that will be played next week in Belarus. The winner of this duel will meet the winner from the duel between Ventspils (LVA) and F91 Dudelange (LUX). Milano Kumanovo was trashed at home by Slaven Koprivnica with 0:4, so in the next round the Croatian club will play against the winner of the duel between Dinamo Minsk (BLR) and Tromsø IL (NOR).
