Defender Nikolce Noveski provided one assist for Mainz in their thrilling 3:3 draw against Nürnberg.

Nikolce Noveski was credited with the assist on the second goal for Mainz in the 45th minute.  Mainz took a corner and Noveski went up high to win the header before the ball then reached his teammate Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting who did the rest by slotting the ball past the opposing keeper.

Noveski played all 90 minutes at left CB but the Mainz defense looked shaky and conceded three goals.  With today’s draw, Mainz now has 8 points after eight rounds in the German Bundesliga.
