Montenegro U21 – Macedonia U21 0:3

 On the friendly match between the national teams of Macedonia and Montenegro for players under 21 years played today in Berane, Montenegro, Macedonia won with 0:3 (0:1).

Though the result was not the most important thing in this match, Jonuz’s team played an excellent game today. With the goals scored by Dragan Georgiev (Turnovo) in the 45th minute, Filip Petrov (Vardar) in the 61st minute and Daniel Georgievski (Međimurje, Croatia) in the 90th minute, the Macedonian youngsters noted an excellent win. This match proved as an excellent test for Mirsad Jonuz and he had the opportunity to test every player he has called. The match was played on the stadium in Berane in front of 500 people.

The first goal came in the injury time from the first half when after a mistake by Montengrin defender Bozović, the ball reached Georgiev and it was easy for him to shoot the ball past the opponents’ goalkeeper and into the net. In the second half both managers made lot of substitutions but the visitors were the better team. Petrov has doubled the lead with an excellent lob shot, while in the 4th minute from the added time, Georgievski has set the final score after one ricochet-ball.

For Macedonia the following players have started the match:

Kristijan Naumovski – Daniel Georgievski, Aleksandar Lazevski, Shakir Redzepi, Trajce Stojkovski – Agim Ibraimi, Dushan Simovski, Nuriman Ismaili – Samir Fazli, Dragan Georgiev and Krste Velkoski.

In the second half Jonuz has given chance to every other player that he had called for this match.
