FFM today fired the national team coach Mirsad Jonuz due to his bad results with the Macedonian team.
Finally, the Football federation of Macedonia did something that had to be done few months ago. The national team coach of Macedonia, Mirsad Jonuz was fired today after a meeting of the board of FFM took place and evaluated his results.
Jonuz was present on the meeting and refused to resign still thinking that he is good enough and that the bad luck was the only thing why he lost so many games plus ended Macedonia’s chances to qualify for the EURO 2012. But FFM finaly took some responsibility and eventually did what the football fans were demanding since the last year’s games against Armenia and Russia at home.
Who will replace Jonuz is still unknown as FFM only confirmed that about his replacement will be discussed on the next board meeting.
