Milevski announced squad for Nations League new season

Macedonian national team coach Blagoja Milevski today at noon released his list of summoned players the upcoming 4 matches of the new season in the UEFA Nations League.

Milevski decided to call up 28 players, more than usual as the NT will have 4 matches in just 10 days. There are some changes since the March squad as some are injured so new players got the honor to be in the team.

Arijan Ademi due to fatigue and Tihomir Kostadinov, Adis Jahovikj and Jani Atanasov due to injuries are missing from the squad, as well as Erdon Daci who did not got a call. Back in the team are reserve keeper Iliev, CB Zajkov, CM Erdal Rakip (was there in March but got released because of illness), while debut call got 22-year-old DM Tomche Grozdanovski, who plays in Slovakia, DM Enis Fazlagikj of Polish side Wisła, as well as 20-year-old DM Bojan Dimoski who is only the 2nd domestic based player (from Akademija Pandev) besides keeper Naumovski.

Macedonia has 4 matches in the opening half of June. First on the 2nd we travel to Razgrad to face neighboring Bulgaria, three days later we go to Gibraltar, then on the 9th we host Georgia and on the 12th we close this international window against Gibraltar in Skopje.
