Agim Ibraimi provided an assist for Maribor, while other Macedonian internationals and their respective teams learned their faith in the UEFA Champions League and Europa League qualifications.
UEFA Champions League, Third Qualifying Round, Feyenoord – Dynamo Kyiv 0:1
Goran Popov was back at his natural position of left back for Dynamo Kyiv and played all 90 minutes in the narrow road win over Feyenoord. Dynamo Kyiv scored the only goal of the match deep into stoppage time of the 90th minute to cement a place in the play-off round of the Champions League with a 3:1 aggregate victory over the Dutch club. Popov and Dynamo Kyiv will learn their next opponent in the competition at tomorrow’s draw.
UEFA Champions League, Third Qualifying Round, Club Brugge – København 2:3
Ivan Trichkovski was not included in the Club Brugge squad as the manager deemed Ivan not quite fit enough to participate in the match. Club Brugge twice had a lead (1:0 and then 2:1) but could not hold on and eventually suffered a 2:3 home loss to exit the Champions League. Instead, the club from Blegium will now be transferred to the play-off round of the less prestigious Europa League where tomorrow’s draw will unveil their next opponent.
UEFA Champions League, Third Qualifying Round, Dudelange – Maribor 0:1
Agim Ibraimi began on the bench for Maribor before he entered the game in the 66th minute replacing Goran Cvijanović. Ibraimi provided the assist on the lone goal in the 79th minute when he set up Aleš Mertelj who then slotted a shot past the opposing keeper. Maribor won 5:1 on aggregate over the two games to advance to the play-off round of the competition.
UEFA Champions League, Third Qualifying Round, Neftçi – Ironi Kiryat Shmona 2:2
Darko Tasevski started for Ironi Kiryat Shmona and played until the 79th minute when he was substituted by Adi Elisha, while Igor Mitreski was not among the 18 players included in the Neftçi squad. Ironi Kiryat Shmona prevailed 6:2 on aggregate to reach the play-off round of the Champions League, while Neftçi will settle for a place in the play-off round of the Europa League.
UEFA Champions League, Third Qualifying Round, Partizan – AE Limassol 0:1
Neither Aleksandar Lazevski nor Stefan Ashkovski were called up by Partizan who lost 1:0 in both legs against AEL. Thus, like all the losing teams in the third round of the Champions League qualifications, Partizan moves to the play-off round of the Europa League.

Yani Urdinov got the start for Ekranas and played until the 70th minute when he was replaced by Uchenna Umeh. Ekranas was overmatched and lost 11:0 on aggregate against Anderlecht.
UEFA Europa League, Third Qualifying Round, Rapid București – Heerenveen 1:0
Samir Fazli was an unused substitute for Heerenveen while Bazhe Ilijoski began on the bench for Rapid București before coming on at the start of the 2nd half to substitute Andrei Ciolacu. Ilijoski had a big chance in the 60th minute but could not convert after being one on one with the keeper.
UEFA Europa League, Third Qualifying Round, Spartak Trnava – Steaua București 0:3
Daniel Georgievski played the entire game for Steaua București who overcame a 0:1 deficit from the first leg to comfortably defeat Spartak Trnava on the road and advance to the play-off round of the Europa League. Georgievski also received a yellow card in the 45th minute.
Ukraine, Premyer-Liha, Volyn – Shakhtar Donetsk 0:4
Vanche Shikov played all 90 minutes for Volyn while his teammate Dushan Savic was not called up. Volyn had only conceded one goal in the opening three league games of the 2012/13 season but let in four goals in a convincing loss against the defending champions. Shikov had a good chance just before halftime but his powerful free kick from a good position was saved by the visiting keeper.
Romania, Liga I Bergenbier, Brașov – Dinamo București 2:2
Kristijan Naumovski played from the start for Dinamo București and conceded two goals, one in each half. Dinamo twice came back from a goal down to claim a point in the road encounter against Brașov.

Bazhe Ilijoski played the entire game for Rapid București who snatched all three points with the lone goal being scored by Dorin Goga in the 16th minute.

Mario Gjurovski played all 90 minutes for Muangthong United who won their sixth consecutive league game to move 12 points ahead of the second placed team on the table.

Stevica Ristic started for Suwon and played until the 85th minute when he was substituted by Ha Tae-Goon. Moments before the change, Ristic was also shown a yellow card by the referee.
Sweden, Allsvenskan, Örebro – Mjällby 0:1
Daniel Ivanovski played from the start for Mjällby and was part of a defense that kept a clean sheet, while Armend Alimi also started for Örebro before making way for Mohammed Saeid in the 66th minute.

Aco Stojkov did not play for Zob Ahan.
