Midweek internationals performances

Hristijan Kirovski scored a penalty kick foal for Iraklis to lead his team to an important three points, Veliche Shumulikoski made his season debut for Slovácko, Igor Mitreski and Neftçi reached the Azeri Cup final, while the teams of Stevica Ristic and Mario Gjurovski were eliminated from the AFC Champions League.

Ukraine, Premyer-Liha, Arsenal Kyiv – Karpaty 4:1
Martin Bogatinov stayed on the bench for Karpaty as the #2 keeper behind Roman Mysak.

Romania, Liga I Bergenbier, Steaua București – Petrolul 2:2
Daniel Georgievski was not included in the Steaua București squad due to a yellow cards suspension.

Poland, T-Mobile Ekstraklasa, Ruch Chorzów – Polonia Warszawa 2:1
Aleksandar Todorovski played all 90 minutes for Polonia Warszawa who suffered a late loss after conceding the game winning goal in the 90th minute.  After a free kick from distance was initially saved, Ruch Chorzów managed to score on the rebound to snatch all three points.

AFC Champions League, Group H, Suwon – Central Coast 0:1
Stevica Ristic played the entire game for Suwon and created his best chance midway through the first half but his shot was straight at the Central Coast keeper.  With the loss, Suwon was officially eliminated from the AFC Champions League.

AFC Champions League, Group F, Jeonbuk – Muangthong United 2:0
Mario Gjurovski did not play for Muangthong United due to a yellow cards suspension.  Like Suwon, Muangthong United has no chance of finishing in the top 2 of their respective group so they were also eliminated from the competition.

Czech Republic, Gambrinus Liga, Slavia Praha – Slovácko 1:0
Veliche Shumulikoski made his season debut for Slovácko by beginning on the bench before he entered the game in the 77th minute to replace Stanislav Hofmann.

Slovenia, 1. SNL, Triglav – Domžale 0:0
Both Zeni Husmani and Dragan Chadikovski played all 90 minutes for Domžale in the goalless draw away to Triglav.

Azerbaijan, Azerbaycan Kuboku, Qarabağ – Neftçi 2:2
Igor Mitreski played the entire game for Neftçi and also received a yellow card in the 40th minute, while Muarem Muarem was not included in the 18 player squad by Qarabağ.  Neftçi prevailed 4:3 on aggregate to reach the Azeri Cup final on 28 May against Khazar Lankaran.

Azerbaijan, Azerbaycan Kuboku, Khazar Lankaran – Bakı 2:0
Edin Nuredinoski played from the start for Bakı and conceded two goals in the 45th and 82nd minute.  Bakı was eliminated from the domestic cup by losing 1:2 on aggregate over the two legs against Khazar Lankaran.

Bosnia, BH Telecom Premijer Liga, Rudar Prijedor – Željezničar 1:3
Yani Urdinov played all 90 minutes for Željezničar in the comfortable road victory over Rudar Prijedor to keep his team at top of the standings in Bosnia.

Bosnia, BH Telecom Premijer Liga, Gradina – Zvijezda 1:3
Fahrudin Gjurgjevic played the opening 45 minutes for Zvijezda before he was substituted at the start of the 2nd half by Senad Husic, while his teammate Perica Stancheski was not summoned in the 18 player squad.

Japan, Nabisco Cup, Kashima – Nagoya 1:0
Nikola Jakimovski played the entire game for Nagoya who conceded the lone goal of the match in the 23rd minute to suffer the narrow loss against Kashima.

Kazakhstan, Premier League, Irtysh – Astana 0:1
Filip Ivanovski began the game on the bench for Astana before he was introduced in the 78th minute to take the place of fellow striker Sergey Ostapenko.

Kazakhstan, Premier League, Vostok – Tobol 1:0
Nikola Tonev remains out with an injury for Tobol, while his teammate Mensur Kurtishi started in attack and played until the 81st minute when he made way for Igor Bugaev.

Greece, Football League, Iraklis – AEL Larissa 1:0
Hristijan Kirovski played from the start for Iraklis and scored the lone goal of the match in the 13th minute through a penalty kick.  Kirovski won the penalty after being fouled inside the area and although the AEL Larissa keeper managed to get a piece of the ball, he couldn’t quite keep the spot kick from reaching the back of the net.

Belarus, Vysheyshaya Liga, Gomel – Torpedo-BelAZ 0:0
Muarem Bajrami was an unused substitute for Gomel.

Georgia, Georgian Cup, Metalurgi Rustavi – Dinamo Tbilisi 2:1
Darko Glishic played all 90 minutes for Dinamo Tbilisi who took the initial lead in the 22nd minute before the home side overcame the deficit by scoring two goals after the halftime break.
