Few Macedonians played in the European Cups this days with Orhan Mustafi being the only one in the Champions League. The others in the UEFA Cup and in the leagues across Europe like Nikolce Noveski and Aleksandar Mitreski who faced each other in the 2. Bundesliga.
Champions League, FC Basel 1893 (Switzerland) – FK Shakhtar Donetsk (Ukraine) 1:2
Orhan Mustafi got in on half-time instead Valentin Stocker but couldn’t hel his Basel to get at laest a point at home.
UEFA Cup, FK Austria Wien (Austria) – KKS Lech Poznań (Poland) 2:1
Zlatko Tanevski played the whole game for Lech and got a yellow card in the 11th minute.
UEFA Cup, MŠK ilina (Slovakia) – PFK Levski Sofia (Bulgaria) 1:1
Darko Tasevski got in the game in the 59th minute instead Moroccan international Rachid Tiberkanine and helped Levski to score a goal and come back with a tie.
UEFA Cup, FC Timişoara (Romania) – FK Partizan Beograd (Serbia) 1:2
Dragan Cadikovski played only only a few minutes for Partizan of the additional time since he got in instead Miloš Bogunović in the 90+2 minute.
Germany, 2. Bundesliga, 1. FSV Mainz 05 – 1. FC Nürnberg 2:0
A clash between the two Macedonians in the 2nd German League. Both played the whole match, Nikolce Noveski for Mainz came victorious against Aleksandar Mitreski and his Nürnberg.
Czech, 1. Gambrinus Liga, SK Slavia Praha – FK Baumit Jablonec 2:0
Goce Toleski played until the 78th minute for Slavia when he was taken out to make space for Vladimír Šmicer.
Russia, Division 1, Mashuk-KMV Pyatigorsk – FK Sibir Novosibirsk 0:0
Goran Stankovski played until the 64th minute when he got out and Aleksandr Degtyarev took his place.
Russia, Division 1, FK Alania Vladikavkaz – FK Sibir Novosibirsk 1:0
Three days later Sibir had a new match. This time Goran Stankovski played from the 78th minute when he came in instead Igor Shestakov.

Dime Jankulovski played the full 90 minutes for GAIS and received one goal.
Finland, Veikkausliiga, FC Lahti – Myllykosken Pallo -47 4:0
Nebi Mustafi played until the 58th minute when Eetu Muinonen took his place. His MyPa was brushed aside by Lahti.
