Skopje easily defeated Pelister in the highest profile clash of the round, more misery for Belasica, while Tikves only managed a goalless draw against Lokomotiva.

Lokomotiva surprised Tikves on the road and managed to keep a clean sheet as the Kavadarci based club dropped two points at home.  The surprise of last season, Miravci, was defeated away to Drita while Skopje destroyed Pelister and took over the top of the table due to a better goal difference than Tikves.  Both clubs have 13 points but FK Skopje has the much better goal difference.

Before the start of the season, Belasica was considered one of the favorites for promotion.  However, they have been in terrible form to open the season and they are now in last place with only 2 points after six rounds.  This round, the Strumica based club suffered a minimal home loss against Treska.
