11 Oktomvri won the Second League and together with Ohrid are promoted into the First League. Tikves and Miravci will go into the play-off, while Novaci, Cementarnica 55 and Vlaznimi are relegated.

11 Oktomvri for the first time in it’s history won the Second League and will play in the First League next season, for the first time as well. Ohrid after 16 seasons of absence will be back in the First League after they beat Ohrid Lote in the city derby. They played twice there, first in 1994/95 and last time the following season when they were relegated.

Novaci, Cementarnica 55 and Vlaznimi are relegated into the Third Leagues. Vlaznimi after two seasons in the Second League is going back in the Third League South-West, after failed to stay in the safe zone. Cementarnica 55, winner of the Macedonian Cup in 2003, for the first time in the club’s long history will have to play in the Third League North.

Tikves and Miravci will have to play a play-off game against two First Laegue clubs. Tikves will face Napredok, while Miravci will face Skopje. One game on neutral venue will decide which teams will compete in the First League next season.
