Macedonian internationals performances

Jovan Kostovski scored a goal after a long period, Kitanovski, Pandev, Krezikj and Jahovic also scored this past weekend in which Velkoski recorded an assist, while Trichkovski was the best with a brace plus an assist.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Flamurtari – Lushnja 2:0
Artim Polozhani, Goran Siljanovski and Muhamed Useini made the start for Flamurtari, Fisnik Zuka entered the pitch in the 69th minute, while Muarem Muarem didn’t play. Eventually, Flamurtari recorded a win against Lushnja.

Demir Imeri started for Kamza as his team lost at home against Skënderbeu.

Australia, Hyundai A-League, Western Sydney Wanderers – Newcastle United Jets 2:2
Daniel Georgievski opened at left-back for Newcastle and played the entire game. His team was two times down with one goal, but responded twice with an equalizer to collect a point on the road against Western Sydney Wanderers.

Azerbaijan, Premyer Liqasi, Qəbələ – Zirə 2:1
Yani Urdinov played the entire game for the visitors as his team lost away to Qəbələ.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League, Charleroi – Standard 1:1
Gjoko Zajkov was an unused substitute for the hosts.

Jovan Kostovski made Leuven’s bench and was introduced in the 73rd minute to strengthen the offense. It worked out as Jovan netted an equalizer in the 87th minute when he finished with a right-footed shot from inside the box.

Aleksandar Lazevski played all minutes at left-back for Sloboda and was part of a defense that kept a clean sheet in the win against Mladost.

Krste Velkoski played almost the whole game for Sarajevo as he was replaced one minute from time, while his teammate Marjan Altiparmakovski didn’t make the matchday squad. In the 64th minute, Krste provided the assist for his teams opener, but that wasn’t enough as the hosts netted two unanswered goals.

Arijan Ademi played the whole game in defensive midfield for Dinamo as his team unexpected lost at home against Hajduk.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Osijek – Rijeka 2:1
Muzafer Ejupi began on Osijek’s bench and was introduced in the 72nd minute, while on the other side Leonard Zhuta played all minutes at left-back for Rijeka. Leo’s teammate Milan Ristovski wasn’t called up for this game. Eventually, Muzafer’s team had the better end thanks to two goals scored in a span of just seven minutes shortly after the half-time break.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Slaven Belupo – Cibalia 2:0
Mirko Ivanovski and Tome Kitanovski started for Slaven and both played all minutes. In the 35th minute it was Tome who opened the score with a shot from around 20 metres. Later Slaven added one more to grab three points against Cibalia. Meanwhile, Armend Dalipi wasn’t called up by the visitors.

Samir Fazli started in attack for the hosts and played until the 66th minute.

Daniel Mojsov played the whole game for the winning side, while captain Ivan Trichkovski started and was taken off in 75th minute as one of the best players on the pitch until then. He has scored 2 goals and provided 1 assist in his side huge win against Martin Bogatinov‘s team who played only the first 45 minutes for the opposing side. He had to be substituted because of injury.

Goran Pandev put on a stunning performance against his former team. In the 9th minute he had a chance to break the dead lock, but it was an easy save for Handanović as he went too much on the right and closed his angle. Later he almost accidentally scored from a distance by sending a long ball in the box that ended hitting the crossbar. In the 59th minute Pandev doubled the lead when he intercepted a poor shot by Laxalt and beat the visiting keeper from inside the box. Ten minutes before the end he received a standing ovation as Darko Lazović took his place.

Aleksandar Trajkovski started and played until the 84th minute when Norbert Balogh took his place. Ilija Nestorovski started on the bench and was introduced in the 61st minute instead Antonio La Gumina. Palermo conceded in the second injury minute to record the third consecutive defeat.

Netherlands, Eerste Divisie, Volendam – Dordrecht 4:1
Both Denis Mahmudov and Antonio Stankov played the whole match for Dordrecht, but couldn’t help their team to avoid the defeat.

Stefan Ashkovski played until the 77th minute for Fortuna Sittard and his team drew at home against Telstar.

Aleksandar Todorovski wasn’t included in the visiting squad.

Milovan Petrovikj spent the whole match on the Sepsi’s bench for substitutes while Marko Simonovski is still out with the injury.
