Krste Velkoski scored an important goal to help Sarajevo win the league title, Arijan Ademi and Dinamo Zagreb concluded an undefeated season, while the teams of David Babunski and Uros Matic were relegated.
Austria, Tipico Bundesliga, Austria Wien – Red Bull Salzburg 1:1
Vanche Shikov continues to be left out of the Austria Wien squad. These two teams will square off once again on June 3, this time in the cup final.
Turkey, Spor Toto Süper Lig, Çaykur Rizespor – Galatasaray 1:1
Goran Pandev played all 90 minutes for Galatasaray who closed league play with a draw against Çaykur Rizespor. Both goals in this match came from set pieces. Çaykur Rizespor scored directly from a free kick, while Galatasaray scored on a header following a free kick. Since this last game was played on the road (on Saturday), Galatasaray celebrated the league title the following day (on Sunday). It was an extravagant celebration in front of their own fans. The team will now focus on the cup final, to take place on June 3 versus Bursaspor.

Croatia, MAXtv Prva Liga, Dinamo Zagreb – Rijeka 4:0
Arijan Ademi started in defensive midfield for Dinamo Zagreb and played the full 90 minutes. His team completed an undefeated season by notching 26 wins and 10 draws from the 36 league games.

Croatia, MAXtv Prva Liga, Osijek – Slaven Belupo 3:2
Muzafer Ejupi played the whole match for Slaven Belupo in their slim loss to Osijek.
Slovenia, PrvaLiga Telekom Slovenije, Maribor – Koper 0:0
Agim Ibraimi opened on the bench for Maribor before he was introduced in the 59th minute to take the spot of Dejan Vokic. Maribor was presented the league trophy after this game which happened to be the final one this season.

Slovenia, PrvaLiga Telekom Slovenije, Olimpija – Domžale 0:2
Aleksandar Lazevski was an unused substitute for Olimpija, while Zeni Husmani came off the bench for Domžale in the 73rd minute to replace Lucas Horvat. For Husmani, this was his first league appearance since tearing his ACL more than eight months ago.

Denmark, Superliga, Randers – Brøndby 1:1
Ferhan Hasani started for Brøndby and played until the 76th minute when he was replaced by Frederik Holst. Hasani came close to scoring in the 21st minute, but his effort went just wide of the goal. This result meant that Brøndby clinched the third position on the table, good enough for a spot in the Europa League qualifications.

Denmark, NordicBet Liga, Brønshøj – Viborg 0:3
Aleksandar Stankov began on the bench for Viborg before he entered the pitch in the 69th minute to take the spot of Alhaji Gero, while his teammate and twin brother, Antonio Stankov, was an unused substitute.
Hungary, OTP Bank Liga, Ferencváros – Videoton 2:0
Mirko Ivanovski played all 90 minutes for Videoton in their final game of the season, a 2:0 loss to Ferencváros. Ivanovski had a great chance in the 13th minute when he escaped the offside trap, but he was indecisive and squandered a big opportunity.

Hungary, OTP Bank Liga, Újpest – Kecskemét 3:0
Enis Bardhi did not feature for Újpest as the club excused him to leave early. So, Bardhi found himself in Macedonia where he was conducting trainings for the U21 national team ahead of the Iceland qualifier.
Poland, T-Mobile Ekstraklasa (Championship Group), Legia Warszawa – Wisła Kraków 1:0
Ostoja Stjepanovic was an unused substitute for Wisła Kraków. Ostoja has played a grand total of 36 minutes this season, coming on two appearances off the bench after he returned from his torn ACL.
Poland, I Liga, Miedź Legnica – Zagłębie Lubin 0:1
Aleksandar Todorovski played the entire game for Zagłębie Lubin and also received a yellow card in the 90th minute. Zagłębie Lubin locked up first place to get promoted to the Polish top flight.

Switzerland, Raiffeisen Super League, Basel – St. Gallen 4:3
Muhamed Demiri remained outside of the St. Gallen squad in the final round of the season. Demiri had a tough campaign, receiving little to no playing time. He will be free to sign with a new team this summer.
Switzerland, Raiffeisen Super League, Young Boys – Vaduz 2:1
Taulant Sulejmanov-Seferi was not available for Young Boys due to a season-ending knee injury.
Switzerland, Challenge League, Schaffhausen – Biel 1:0
Ezgjan Alioski played all 90 minutes for Schaffhausen who closed the season with a narrow triumph over Biel. The losing side finished bottom of the table to get relegated.

Switzerland, Challenge League, Wil – Lausanne 4:0
Samir Fazli was missing from the Wil squad due to a yellow cards suspension. Wil recorded a convincing win in the final round to barely avoid relegation.
Netherlands, Eredivisie Relegation Play-offs, NAC Breda – Roda 1:2
Uros Matic started in midfield for NAC Breda and played until the 113th minute when he was replaced by Jeffrey Sarpong. Roda led 1:0 after 90 minutes, so the match went into extra time since NAC Breda won the first leg 1:0. In extra time, NAC Breda scored in the 96th minute to make it 1:1, but Roda then got another goal in the 110th minute to clinch the win. It was 2:2 on aggregate, but Roda won due to the away goals rule. Therefore, NAC Breda was relegated to the Dutch second division.

Russia, Football National League, Khimik – Krylia Sovetov 0:3
Adis Jahovic was not available for Krylia Sovetov due to a yellow cards suspension. After this match, Krylia Sovetov was presented the league trophy for finishing in first place of the Russian second division.

Spain, Liga Adelante, Barcelona B – Leganés 2:5
David Babunski made his first start for Barcelona B this season and played 58 minutes before he was substituted by Alen Halilovic. His team was officially relegated to the third division. Even a win in this game would have seen Barça B get relegated since some of the teams above them also won. Given this relegation, we’ll see what the future holds for Babunski this summer.

Sweden, Allsvenskan, Gefle – Häcken 2:0
Leonard Zuta started at left-back for Häcken and played the complete 90 minutes. Häcken suffered a tough loss by conceding both goals after the 80th minute.

Bosnia and Herzegovina, BH Telecom Premijer Liga, Sarajevo – Sloboda Tuzla 3:1
Krste Velkoski played the entire game for Sarajevo who clinched the league title with their victory over Sloboda Tuzla. Velkoski amassed a goal and an assist for Sarajevo. His goal came on a right footed shot from inside the area, while his assist came after he set up Nemanja Bilbija to score from close range.
Bosnia and Herzegovina, BH Telecom Premijer Liga, Olimpic – Radnik 2:3
Filip Gligorov did not feature for Olimpic as many of their players were rested after the club won the Bosnian Cup trophy last week.
Romania, Liga I, Botoșani – Viitorul 4:4
Boban Nikolov got the start for Viitorul and played until the 67th minute when he was replaced by Roberto Casap. In the 51st minute, a pretty cool moment occurred when Ianis Hagi, the 16-year-old son of footballing legend Gheorghe Hagi, scored his first goal for Viitorul. Ianis, Nikolov and the rest of their teammates all ran towards Gheorghe, the club’s manager, to give him a hug.
Slovakia, Fortuna Liga, Spartak Myjava – Košice 1:1
Darko Tofiloski played from the start for Košice and conceded one goal in the 5th minute on a close range header. Despite finishing in 6th place based on the number of points, Košice will not be competing in the top division next season. The Slovak federation did not issue them a license due to financial problems. So, Košice will play in the second division next season. Tofiloski will surely leave this summer, given that decision.
Czech Republic, Synot Liga, Slavia Praha – Slovácko 1:3
Veliche Shumulikoski was not included in the 18 player matchday squad by Slovácko. This was the final round of the season and Slovácko finished in 9th place on the standings.
Iceland, Úrvalsdeild, Fjölnir – Akranes 2:0
Daniel Ivanovski played all 90 minutes for Fjölnir and was part of a defense that kept a clean sheet.
South Korea, K-League Classic, Jeonnam – Busan 3:1
Stevica Ristic started in attack for Jeonnam and played the full match. Ristic was instrumental in the win by scoring two goals. His first goal came in the 28th minute when he fired home a right footed shot past the keeper, while his second goal came on a converted penalty kick in the 49th minute.
Kazakhstan, Premier League, Zhetysu – Okzhetpes 0:1
Dushan Savic played the entire game for Zhetysu and also received a yellow card in the 90th minute. After 14 rounds in this campaign, Zhetysu has only compiled seven points.
