Macedonian internationals performances (28.02-02.03.2020)

Ivan Trichkovski scored a brace in Cyprus, Ferhan Hasani, Arijan Ademi and Mirko Ivanovski also scored, Besard Shabovikj assisted, while Daniel Georgievski earned a red card this weekend.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Teuta – Kukësi 2:2
Both Teuta’s and Kukësi’s right backs Blagoja Todorovski and Edis Malikj played the whole game, while Bobi Celeski was as usual the backup goalkeeper by the hosts.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Tirana – Partizani 5:1
Egzon Belica played the full 90 minutes while Besnik Ferati remained an unused substitute as Partizani got demolished 5:1 by Tirana. Partizani was actually the first to take the lead already in the 2nd minute of the game, but it all went downhill after the 14th minute when Belica’s partner in the defence got a red card, which made things easy for Tirana who then went on to score 5 goals to make it a solid victory.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Vllaznia – Skënderbeu 0:1
In a match that involved a total of 6 Macedonian players, Andreja Efremov and Filip Gligorov from the home side played the full minutes, whereas their partners Mevlan Adili and Simeon Hristov as well as Artim Polozhani and Agon Elezi from the visiting side did not get any playtime (with Polozhani being sidelined due to a red card suspension). In the end, Mirsad Jonuz’s team Vllaznia lost due to a loan goal conceded in the final moments of the game.

Aleksandar Damchevski played the full game for the visitors and helped them keep a clean sheet in the 0:3 win against Ararat.

Denis Mahmudov started on the bench and entered the match in the 61st minute, while Antonio Stankov remained an unused substitute for Pyunik.

Daniel Georgievski made the start for the Wanderers and played until the second minute of the stoppage time when he got a red card. However, his team managed to hold on to the 0:1 lead and win the game against Sydney.

Krste Velkoski started on the bench and entered the game in the 75th minute to replace Tatar – the scorer of the both goals for Sarajevo.

Viktor Angelov made the start for the visitors and played for 68 minutes. By the time Viktor got substituted, the score was 2:2 but Široki Brijeg managed to add one more goal in the stoppage time to gather 3 points against Mladost.

Kosta Manev played another full match for Velež and helped his team keep a clean sheer in the goalless draw against Tuzla City.

Aleksandar Isaevski did not get summoned for the encounter against Botev from Vratsa.

Darko Tasevski was once again left out by Slavia as he remains injured. Darko is set to be sidelined for a minimum of 6 months, meaning that he won’t be returning to action this season.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Dinamo – Rijeka 4:0
In the battle between the two Macedonian national team players – Dinamo’s Arijan Ademi came out as the big winner against Rijeka’s Darko Velkovski. Both players made the starting lineups for their respective teams, but already in the first minute of the match Dinamo took the lead through a goal by no one else but Ademi. Arijan scored after only 23 seconds of play, which is one of the fastest goals in histoy of the Croatian football. Arijan also picked up a yellow card as the match progessed, and got substituted in the 82nd minute, while Darko went on to play the full match. In the last 10 minutes of the game, Dinamo went on to score three more goals to make it an enormous 4:0 win against Rijeka, who seemed to have fallen apart at the end of the match.

Daniel Mojsov is out of the squad for AEK, while Ivan Trichkovski was the man of the match, scoring both goals for his side and bringing the win. His first goal was a real beauty, coming directly from a free-kick.
