Macedonian internationals performances (26-29.06.2020)

This past weekend we saw one goal apiece by Enis Bardhi, Nikola Gjorgjev, Adis Jahovic, Ezgjan Alioski and Daniel Krezic Aleksandar Trajkovski and Stefan Ristovski provided each one assist for their respective teams, while Besard Shabovic missed a penalty kick.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Kukësi – Bylis 1:0
Edis Malikji wasn’t part of the hosts matchday squad.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Partizani – Laçi 1:0
Neither Egzon Belica nor Besnik Ferati played for Partizani in this match.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Skënderbeu – Tirana 1:2
Agon Elezi started for the hosts and played until the 88th minute, while his teammate Artim Polozhani played from the 79th minute.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Vllaznia – Teuta 0:3
Neither Mevlan Adili nor Andreja Efremov played for Vllaznia, while their teammate Filip Gligorov started at RB and played until the 75th minute. For the visitors Blagoja Todorovski as usual played all minutes at RB, whereas Bobi Celeski didn’t play.

Risto Mitrevski made the start for Alashkert and lasted all minutes on the field.

Armenia, Bardzraguyn Khumb, Lori – Ararat-Armenia 2:1
Aleksandar Damchevski was again a starter for Ararat-Armenia, but had to leave the pitch in the 62nd minute because of a red card. Afterwards Lori netted two goals and grabbed three points.

Armenia, Bardzraguyn Khumb, Urartu – Pyunik 0:1
Antonio Stankov played the entire game at RB and helped his team to keep a clean sheet, while his teammate Denis Mahmudov also made the start, but was substituted in the directly after the half-time break.

Austria, Bundesliga, Sturm – Rapid 2:3
Adrian Hajdari wasn’t called up by Rapid for this game.

Bulgaria, Parva Liga, Dunav Ruse – Botev 1:3
Aleksandar Isaevski came in on half-time for the hosts when the score was 0:1.

Bulgaria, Parva Liga, Slavia – CSKA 0:0
Darko Tasevski continues to be sidelined by an injury, thus he didn’t play.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Dinamo – Osijek 0:0
Arijan Ademi was Dinamo’s captain and lasted all minutes on the pitch, while neither Todor Todoroski nor Mile Todorov made Osijek’s matchday squad.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Rijeka – Gorica 1:2
Darko Velkovski started in defense for Rijeka and played until the 65th minute.

England, Championship, Leeds United – Fulham 3:0
Ezgjan Alioski came off the bench after the half-time break and helped Leeds to grab three points. Ezgjan netted his teams second goal in the 56th minute with a left-footed shot.

Strahinja Krstevski wasn’t called up by Samtredia for this game.

Germany, 2, Bundesliga, Stuttgart – Darmstadt 1:3
Darko Churlinov came off the bench in the 40th minute to replace an injured teammate. His team Stuttgart lost in their final game of this season, but gained promotion already after the round before.

Hungary, OTP Bank Liga, Diósgyör – Kisvarda 0:2
Mirko Ivanovski started as a lone striker for the home side and lasted 83 minutes on the pitch.

Hungary, OTP Bank Liga, Zalaegerszeg – Fehérvár 1:1
Visar Musliu and Boban Nikolov both played the entire game for the visitors.

Hungary, OTP Bank Liga, Újpest – Kaposvár 5:0
Another 90 minutes for Kire Ristevski as his team demolished Kaposvár in the home game.

Italy, Serie A, Brescia – Genoa 2:2
Goran Pandev opened on Genoa’s bench and started to play in the 53rd minute. His team was one goal down at that moment, but was able to equalize in the 69th minute.

Italy, Serie A, Napoli – SPAL 3:1
Elif Elmas played all minutes for Napoli and also collected an important assist in the 36th minute. It was a great part of Elif as he first stole the ball from an opponent and than nicely found his teammate in the box.

Ilija Nestorovski played from the 82nd minute as his team lost at home against Atalanta.

Italy, Serie B, Trapani – Pordenone 3:0
Nikola Jakimovski didn’t make Trapani’s matchday squad.

Norway, Eliteserien, Bodø/Glimt – Sarpsborg 08 2:1
David Mitov Nilsson was on goal for the visitors and conceded two goals in the loss away to Bodø/Glimt.


Poland, Ekstraklasa, Jagiellonia – Lechia 1:2
Dejan Iliev didn’t make the hosts matchday squad due to an injury.

Portugal, Liga NOS, Belenenses – Sporting 1:3
Stefan Ristovski started at right-back for Sporting and played until the 73rd minute. In the 36th minute it was Stefan who provided the assist for the 1:2 lead with a nice cross from the right-hand side.

Romania, Liga I Betano, Gaz Metan – Botoșani 0:2
Both Macedonian players, Stefan Ashkovski and David Babunski, opened on the visitors bench and were introduced during the second half. The former entered the game in the 72nd minute, while David made a late substitute appearance in the 2nd minute of stoppage time.

Romania, Liga I Betano, Dinamo – Voluntari 0:1
Voluntari recorded a narrow win at Dinamo and Marko Simonovski played 86 minutes at center-forward.

Slovakia, Fortuna Liga, Sered – Nitra 1:0
Filip Duranski was all minutes in Sered’s defensive midfield, whereas Milan Ristovski started at center-forward for Nitra and also played the whole game. Eventually Filip’s team grabbed the win.

Slovakia, Fortuna Liga, Ružomberok – Žilina 2:1
Tihomir Kostadinov missed this game for the hosts due to an injury, while Enis Fazlagikj was an unused substitute for the visitors.

Slovakia, Fortuna Liga, Pohronie – ViOn Zlaté Moravce 1:0
Tomche Grozdanovski opened on the visitors bench and entered the game in the 56th minute shortly after his team received a goal. Unfortunately, Tomche wasn’t able to help his team avoid the loss.

Slovenia, Prva Liga, Tabor – Bravo 0:0
Besart Abdurahimi made a late substitute appearance for Bravo as he played from the 81st minute.

Slovenia, Prva Liga, Mura – Domžale 0:1
90 minutes for Zeni Husmani as his team collected three points at Mura.

Spain, Primera División, Athletic – Mallorca 3:1
Mallorca lost away to Athletic, but for Aleksandar Trajkovski individually this game wasn’t that bad as he was introduced in the 58th minute and twelve minutes later he was fouled in the box. The following penalty was realized by Croatian international Ante Budimir, so Aleks was credited with one assist. Hopefully this will help Aleks to get more game time in the future.

Spain, Primera División, Levante – Betis 4:2
Enis Bardhi scored a goal in the game against Betis and played 62 minutes. His goal came in the 35th minute when he found the net with a nice left-footed shot from inside of the box. Eventually, his team won this high-scoring game.

Spain, Segunda División, Alcorcón – Rayo Vallecano 3:2
Stole Dimitrievski wasn’t part of the visiting squad.

Sweden, Allsvenskan, Mjällby – Hammarby 2:1
Besard Shabovic started for the hosts and missed a penalty in the 28th minute. He was replaced in the 79th minute and his team was later able to turn around the result and gain three points.

Daniel Krezic started and in the 60th minute scored for 3:0. Later in the 74th minute was taken off for Ivorian international Adama Fofana.

Leonard Zhuta came in in the 75th minute for the hosts when they were already leading.

Switzerland, Challenge League, Grasshoppers – Lausanne 3:1
Nikola Gjorgjev this time began on the hosts bench and was introduced in the 56th minute. It was 1:1 at that point and Nikola helped his team to gain three important points in the race for promotion. Three minutes after he entered the pitch it was 2:1 and in the 86th minute it was Gjorgjev who netted his teams third goal.

Turkey, Süper Lig, Beşiktaş – Konyaspor 3:0
Erdon Daci played the last 12 minutes for the visitors as his team lost away to Beşiktaş.

Turkey, Süper Lig, Gaziantep – Antalyaspor 1:1
Adis Jahovic played almost the whole game for the visitors as he was replaced in the 2nd minute of the stoppage time. In the 88th minute it was Adis who converted an important penalty and brought his team three points.

Jani Atanasov didn’t make Bursaspor’s squad for this encounter.
