Macedonian internationals performances

Adis Jahovic scores his goal for Zürich; photo: wilerzeitung.chAdis Jahovic added his second goal in two games for Zürich, Stevica Ristic converted a penalty for Suwon, Agim Ibraimi and Darko Tasevski provided assists for their respective teams, while both Goran Pandev and Ivan Trichkovski sustained injuries and had to be substituted by Napoli and Club Brugge, respectively.

Goran Pandev started for Napoli and played until the 38th minute when an injury forced him to be substituted by Lorenzo Insigne.

England, Premier League, Wigan – West Brom 1:2
Goran Popov was an unused substitute for West Brom.

Germany, Bundesliga, Mainz – Nürnberg 2:1
Nikolche Noveski played all 90 minutes for Mainz who continued their solid play as of late with another win.  Mainz has now won 4 of their previous 6 games in league play.  Noveski was also shown a yellow card in the 65th minute of this match.

Germany, Bundesliga, Wolfsburg – Bayer Leverkusen 3:1
Ferhan Hasani was not included in the Wolfsburg squad.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League, Anderlecht – Club Brugge 6:1
Ivan Trichkovski started for Club Brugge and played until the 32nd minute when an injury forced him to be substituted by Lior Refaelov.  The latest injury setback will likely lead to Trichkovski withdrawing from the Macedonian squad for Wednesday’s friendly against Slovenia.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League, Zulte Waregem – Mechelen 1:1
Tome Pachovski played from the start for Mechelen and conceded one goal in the 73rd minute while Aleksandar Trajkovski also got the start for Zulte Waregem and played the first 45 minutes before he was substituted at the start of the 2nd half by Ivan Lendric.  In the 68th minute, Pachovski made his best save of the game when he denied Lendric from a good position.

Ukraine, Premyer-Liha, Kryvbas – Volyn 1:0
Both Vanche Shikov and Dushan Savic played the entire game for Volyn who suffered a narrow loss away to Kryvbas.  In the 1st minute, Savic won a free kick which Shikov took and came close to scoring but his effort went just over the goal.  Shikov also received a yellow card in the 30th minute as the referee showed 8 yellow cards to the Volyn players.

Ukraine, Premyer-Liha, Metalist – Karpaty 2:1
Martin Bogatinov played from the start for Karpaty and conceded two goals, one in each half, during the road defeat against Metalist.

Ukraine, Persha Liha, Sevastopol – Arsenal Bila Tserkva 3:0
Besart Ibraimi was an unused substitute for Sevastopol.

Switzerland, Schweizer Cup, Lugano – Thun 0:2
Muhamed Demiri started in defensive midfield for Thun and played until the 55th minute when he was substituted by Roland Bättig.  Thun scored a goal in each half to down Lugano and advance to the next round of the Swiss Cup.

Switzerland, Schweizer Cup, Black Stars – Zürich 1:3
Adis Jahovic played all 90 minutes for Zürich and scored the third and final goal for his team in the 66th minute to help the visitors reach the next round of the domestic cup competition.

Romania, Liga I Bergenbier, Viitorul Constanța – Steaua Bucureşti 0:4
Daniel Georgievski started the game on the bench for Steaua Bucureşti before he came on at the start of the 2nd half replacing Vlad Chiricheș.

Mirko Ivanovski played the entire game for Astra who conceded a late equalizer in the 83rd minute to settle for a point against Petrolul.

Kristijan Naumovski stayed on the bench for Dinamo Bucureşti as the #2 keeper behind Cristian Bălgrădean.

Agim Ibraimi started for Maribor and played until the 72nd minute when he made way for Goran Cvijanovic.  Ibraimi assisted the first Maribor goal in the 10th minute when his precise cross was headed home by Alen Ploj.

Zeni Husmani did not play for Domžale due to a yellow cards suspension.

Austria, Tipp 3 Bundesliga, Ried – Mattersburg 6:1
Ilcho Naumoski got the start for Mattersburg and played the first 45 minutes before he was replaced at the start of the 2nd half by Manuel Prietl.  Mattersburg has now gone nine consecutive games without a win in league play to drop to 8th place on the table.

Bulgaria, A PFG, Botev Plovdiv – Minyor Pernik 2:0
Boban Grncharov did not play for Botev Plovdiv due to a red card suspension.

Bulgaria, A PFG, Pirin – Lokomotiv Sofia 2:0
Dragi Kocev started for Pirin and played until the 84th minute when he was substituted by Anton Kirov.

Nikola Gligorov began the game on the bench for Alki before he made a late substitute appearance in the 83rd minute by coming on for Roei Beckel.

Bojan Markoski was an unused substitute for Apollon.

Darko Tasevski started for Ironi Kiryat Shmona and played until the 81st minute when he was replaced by Adrian Rochet.  Tasevski provided the assist on the lone goal for the visitors in the 30th minute when his corner reached defender Shir Tzedek who then sent a header to the back of the net.

Hristijan Kirovski was not included in the squad by Ironi Nir Ramat HaSharon.

South Korea, K-League (Championship Group), Suwon – Jeonbuk 1:1
Stevica Ristic played from the start for Suwon and scored the lone goal for the home side in the 74th minute when he converted a penalty.  Stevica had won the penalty when he was fouled inside the area and then calmly converted the spot kick for the equalizing goal.

Poland, T-Mobile Ekstraklasa, Podbeskidzie – Polonia Warszawa 0:1
Aleksandar Todorovski played the entire game for Polonia Warszawa and was part of a defense that kept a clean sheet in the slim road victory over Podbeskidzie.

Serbia, Jelen SuperLiga, Partizan – Radnički 1923 2:0
Aleksandar Lazevski played all 90 minutes for Partizan at left-back while his teammate Stefan Ashkovski began on the bench before he entered the game in the 72nd minute to substitute Lazar Markovic.

Serbia, Jelen SuperLiga, Jagodina – Smederevo 0:1
Vlade Lazarevski did not play for Smederevo due to a yellow cards suspension, while Dragan Stojkov started for Jagodina in midfield and played until the 82nd minute when he was replaced by Marcio Teruel.

Nikola Jakimovski got the start for Javor and played until the 84th minute when he was substituted by Ivan Josovic, while Goran Bogdanovic was not called up by Rad.

Yani Urdinov played the entire game for Ekranas who managed to win the league trophy in the final round of the season.  Ekranas had a one point lead over second placed Žalgiris entering the final round, so the road win over Kruoja ensured that Ekranas would claim the league trophy for the fifth consecutive year.

Samir Fazli was not among the 18 playere called up by Heerenveen.

Netherlands, Eerste Divisie, MVV Maastricht – Den Bosch 4:0
Antonio Stankov started for MVV Maastricht and played the first 45 minutes before he made way at the start of the 2nd half for Nick Kuipers.

Kazakhstan, Kubok Kazakhstan, Astana – Irtysh 2:0
Dimitrija Lazarevski played all 90 minutes for Astana and was part of a defense that kept a clean sheet while his teammate Filip Ivanovski began the match on the bench before he came on in the 87th minute to replace Tanat Nuserbaev.  Astana scored a goal in each half to down Irtysh and win the Kazakh Cup trophy.

Turkey, PTT 1. Lig, Kayseri Erciyesspor – Denizlispor 2:0
Bajram Fetai started on the bench for Denizlispor before he entered the game in the 65th minute to substitute Haluk Türkeri.

Slovakia, Corgoň Liga, Košice – Ružomberok 3:0
Darko Tofiloski played from the start for Košice and kept a clean sheet in the comfortable home victory over Ružomberok.

Czech Republic, Gambrinus liga, Příbram – Hradec Králové 0:0
Zoran Danoski began the game on the bench for Příbram before he came on in the 30th minute replacing the injured David Kalivoda.  Danoski also received a yellow card in the 68th minute.

Marjan Altiparmakovski was an unused substitute for Skoda Xanthi.

Filip Despotovski started on the bench for Pierikos before he entered the game in the 60th minute to substitute fellow midfielder Alberto Lopez.

Armenia, Premier League, Banants – Impuls 2:3
Filip Timov played all 90 minutes for Impuls who collected a come from behind victory to down Banants on the road.

Hungary, OTP Bank Liga, Egri – Honvéd 1:3
Jasmin Mecinovic played the entire game for Egri at CB while his teammate Simeon Hristov was an unused substitute.

Latvia, LMT Virslīga, Jelgava – Skonto 1:1
Bojan Gjorgievski did not play for Skonto.
