Macedonian internationals performances (18-21.05 ’18)

Goran Pandev, Besart Abdurahimi, Mirko Ivanovski and Adis Jahovic netted a goal apiece for their respective teams, while Krste Velkoski and Mario Gjurovski provided one assist apiece in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Thailand.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Flamurtari – Partizani 1:2
Goran Siljanovski and Fisnik Zuka were starters for Flamurtari, while Muhamed Useini and Muarem Muarem opened on the bench and were introduced during the second half. Meanwhile, their teammate Artim Polozhani didn’t play. For the visitors Egzon Belica and Besart Abdurahimi made the start, whereas Alban Sulejmani and Emran Ramadani didn’t play. It was Besart who opened the score in the 34th minute when he fired a shot from inside the box.

Bojan Gjorgievski as usual started for Teuta and also picked up a yellow card, while his teammate Burhan Mustafov didn’t play.

Sedat Berisha was a starter for Vllaznia, while Valon Ethemi also made the start, but for visitors Kukësi.

Azerbaijan, Premyer Liqasi, Sumqayıt – Zirə 1:2
Yani Urdinov played all minutes for the visitors as his team collected three points away to Sumqayıt. That was the last round of this season and Yani’s team closed on the 4th position. Zirə will take part in the Europa League qualifications in the case that Qəbələ wins the cup trophy in the upcoming final against Keşlə.

Gjoko Zajkov didn’t make the hosts matchday squad.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League play-off II, Mouscron – OH Leuven 5:0
Jovan Kostovski opened at centre-forward and played 67 minutes as his team Leuven was demolished away to Mouscron. The hosts netted all of their goals already in the first half.

Emil Abaz wasn’t called up by the hosts for this encounter.

Aleksandar Lazevski was an unused substitute for Sloboda.

Vancho Trajanov spent all minutes on Lokomotiv’s bench.

Arijan Ademi captained Dinamo and played the entire game. In the 89th minute Arijan made an own goal, but it didn’t change much as Dinamo recorded a comfortable win.

Samir Fazli didn’t make the visitors matchday squad.

Armend Dalipi wasn’t part of Cibalia’s team.

Leonard Zhuta was all minutes in defense for Rijeka, while his teammate Milan Ristovski didn’t make the matchday squad.

Mirko Ivanovski started in attack for Slaven and netted his teams winner in the 86th minute when he headed home a cross. Meanwhile, his teammate Tome Kitanovski wasn’t part of the matchday squad. At the same time Muzafer Ejupi wasn’t calle up by Osijek.

Interesting round in Finland with twо Macedonian derby matches. In the first, Davor Taleski was not included in the matchday squad for Honka, while Kosta Manev played the whole match for the visiting side.

In the second Macedonian derby Damjan Shishkovski remained on the bench for the hosts, while Filip Ivanovski played 89 minutes for the visiting side before he was taken off.

Hungary, OTP Bank Liga, Honvéd – Ferencváros 1:1
Stefan Spirovski played the whole match for the visiting side as they dropped points again in the title race.

Hungary, OTP Bank Liga, Vasas – Videoton 0:3
A Macedonian derby in Hungary as well. Kire Ristevski hosted Boban Nikolov‘s side. Ristevski played the whole match, while Nikolov was taken off in the injury time. With this win Videoton have 3 points advantage over Ferencváros for the first place with two rounds to go, while Vasas are facing a relegation battle.

Israel, Ligat Winner, Beitar – Hapoel Haifa 1:1
Risto Mitrevski played the whole match for the visiting team.

Italy, Serie A, Genoa – Torino 1:2
Goran Pandev substituted Miguel Veloso during the half-time break. Ten minutes from time he scored the lone goal for his team. Pandev finished the season with 5 goals behind his name, while Genoa ended up on the 12th position.

Aleksandar Trajkovski played the whole game, while Ilija Nestorovski wasn’t in the team. Palermо did win, but it wasn’t enough for direct promotion after all those slips in the last few rounds. They ended the season on the fourth place and will now enter the promotion play-off where will face the winner of the match between Venezia and Perugia in the semi-finals.

Japan, Meiji Yasuda J1 League, Yokohama F·Marinos – V-Varen 5:2
David Babunski continues to be out of the Yokohama team.

Kazakhstan, Kaesipqoi Ligasy, Ordabasy – Tobol 0:1
Vanche Shikov was standard part of Tobol’s defense as he played the whole match and helped his team win away to Ordabasy.

Poland, Lotto Ekstraklasa, Korona Kielce – Zagłębie 0:2
Aleksandar Todorovski watched his team win away in Kielce from the bench for substitutes.

Portugal, Taça de Portuga, Aves – Sporting 2:1
Stefan Ristovski was in the starting lineup and played the whole match for Sporting in the final of the Portuguese Cup. His team surprisingly lost to Aves and will play in the qualifiers for UEFA Europa league.

Romania, Liga I Betano, Sepsi – Juventus 2:1
Milovan Petrovikj was in the starting lineup, Marko Simonovski entered the match in the 60th minute, while Marko Jovanovski stayed on the bench as Sepsi won over Juventus with 2:1.

Slovakia, Fortuna Liga, Ružomberok – Dunajská Streda 0:4
Tihomir Kostadinov began on the hosts bench and played the last quarter hour. At that point his team was already down 0:4.

Kristijan Trapanovski opened on Tatran’s bench and played from the 74th minute.

Slovenia, PrvaLiga Telekom Slovenije, Domžale – Krško 3:1
Zeni Husmani and Agim Ibraimi were starters for the hosts and played all minutes. In the 86th minute Agim netted Domžale’s third goal to secure the win.

Enis Bardhi this time started on Levante’s bench and was introduced in the 75th minute. Eventually, his team lost away to Celta.

Spain, Segunda División, Gimnàstic – Leonesa 5:3
Stole Dimitrievski was the starting goalkeeper for the hosts and conceded three goals in the important win against Leonesa.


Sweden, Allsvenskan, Norrköping – Dalkurd 4:2
David Mitov Nilsson is still out injured.

Thailand, Toyota Thai League, Bangkok Glass – Suphanburi 1:0
Mario Gjurovski started for Bangkok and played until the 75th minute when he was replaced by Chatree Chimtalay. Mario played a big role in the win as he assisted with a header for his teams lone goal scored by Toti in the 28th minute.

Turkey, Süper Lig, Fenerbahçe – Konyaspor 3:2
Elif Elmas made a late substitute appearance for the hosts as he was introduced in the 90th minute, whereas Adis Jahovic was fielded at centеr-forward by the visitors and played the whole game. In the 73rd minute Adis netted his teams second goal, nevertheless his team suffered a loss away to Fenerbahçe.

Besir Demiri wasn’t called up by Mariupol for the last round of this season.
