Mirko Ivanovski and Arka Gdynia recorded a much needed victory in their journey to avoid relegation, while the teams of Besart Ibraimi, Armend Alimi, and Vladica Brdarovski were not as fortunate as each team was officially relegated.

Goran Popov was not among the 18 players called up by Dynamo Kyiv as manager Yuri Semin decided to give him additional rest for the last game of the season for Dynamo Kyiv which is the Ukrainian Cup final against Shakhtar Donetsk on 25 May 2011.
Ukraine, Premyer-Liha, Karpaty Lviv – Vorskla Poltava 2:2
Martin Bogatinov played from the start for Karpaty Lviv and conceded two goals. There was nothing Bogatinov could do on the first goal in the 45th minute as the visitors scored on a header from close range while Bogatinov left his goal to clear the danger in the 88th minute but Vorskla player Ahmed Januzi beat him to the ball before he went around Bogatinov and scored into the empty net.
Ukraine, Premyer-Liha, Volyn Lutsk – Metalurh Donetsk 1:3
Mario Gjurovski started on the bench for Metalurh Donetsk before he entered the game in the 78th minute replacing Zé Soares. Gjurovski played a part in the third goal for Metalurh Donetsk in the 90th minute as he won a free kick for his team and from the resulting free kick, the opposing player that was marking Gjurovski in the box got his head on the ball but his header went the wrong way and the Volyn Lutsk defender ended up scoring an own goal.
Ukraine, Premyer-Liha, Sevastopol – Tavria 0:1
Besart Ibraimi played all 90 minutes for Sevastopol who were relegated to the Ukrainian second division with the loss to Tavria. Ibraimi did not have any good chances and also picked up a yellow card in the 28th minute when he went down in the penalty area but the referee thought he dove so he gave Ibraimi a yellow card. Sevastopol was one point above the relegation zone going into this game but Illichivets picked up an upset victory over Dynamo Kyiv which put them above Sevastopol on the table and Sevastopol ended up being the second team to get relegated in Ukraine besides Metalurh Zaporizhya.
Russia, Premier-Liga, Rostov – Amkar 3:0
Stevica Ristić could not recover from his muscle pull injury so he was not called up by Amkar who suffered a convincing loss against Rostov.
Austria, T-Mobile Bundesliga, Kapfenberg – Mattersburg 2:1
Ilco Naumoski started for Mattersburg and played until the 67th minute when he was replaced by Marvin Potzmann. The best chance for Naumoski came in the 45th minute but his header hit the left goal post.
Austria, Erste Liga, Lustenau 07 – Altach 2:4
Dejan Stojanovic played from the start for Lustenau 07 and conceded four goals. Stojanovic was not at fault on the first three goals as they all came from close range and Stojanovic had no chance to save them. He did seem a little unsure on the fourth goal in the 90th minute whether to come out to clear the ball or stay back and that indecisiveness hurt him as an Altach player beat him to the ball and scored to put the game away for his team.
Switzerland, Axpo Super League, Thun – Bellinzona 3:1
Muhamed Demiri was an unused substitute for Thun.
Switzerland, Challenge League, Aarau – Yverdon-Sport 2:1
Aco Stojkov did not play for Aarau because of a yellow cards suspension while his teammate Aleksandar Mitreski started at CB and played the entire game as Aarau recorded a narrow victory.
Denmark, Superliga, Lyngby – Brøndby 1:2
Bajram Fetai played all 90 minutes for Lyngby who suffered a tough home loss as they stay second from bottom on the table and are at risk of being relegated with only two league games remaining until the end of the season. Fetai sent a good through ball to his teammate David Boysen in the 6th minute and Boysen was through on goal but he put too much power on the ball as he tried to get around the keeper which allowed the opposing defenders to recover and Lyngby squandered a good opportunity. Fetai came close to scoring in the 61st minute but his shot from the edge of the area went just wide of the goal.
Romania, Liga I Bergenbier, Politehnica Timişoara – Dinamo Bucureşti 4:1
Kristijan Naumovski played from the start for Dinamo Bucureşti and conceded four goals as he started in goal because the usual starting keeper Cristian Bălgrădean was out with a red card suspension. Naumovski conceded the first goal in the 13th minute from a header following a corner kick, the second goal came in the 37th minute when Montenegrin Stefan Nikolić scored on a shot that went between the legs of Naumovski, the third goal came after some sloppy defending and the ball eventually reached Nikolić who scored another goal from close range, while the fourth goal came on a volley after a good cross from the right. This was the final round of the season in Romania and Naumovski made seven appearances for Dinamo Bucureşti (six starts and one substitute appearance when a keeper got injured) and he has looked very shaky by conceding a lot of goals during his time on the field.

Aleksandar Lazevski remains out with an injury for Partizan who scored all four goals in the 2nd half against the last placed team in Serbia.

The early substitution by Dimitrovski was not because of an injury, rather the Mladá Boleslav manager was not happy when Dimitrovski made a mistake in the 32nd minute that led to a big chance by Slovácko so he decided to change things up and brought on Johana to replace Dimitrovski.

Daniel Georgievski started at RB for Šibenik and played the entire game as he also picked up a yellow card in the 47th minute. His team was able to avoid relegation in the final round of games in Croatia after a slow start to the season.
Poland, Ekstraklasa, Arka Gdynia – Polonia Bytom 2:1
Mirko Ivanovski started for Arka Gdynia and played until the 88th minute when he was replaced by Filip Burkhardt. Just minutes before his substitution, Ivanovski made a good run while on a counter attack before he attempted a shot from outside of the box but the visiting keeper made a good save. This was a big win for Arka as they went from last and 16th place to 14th place by leapfrogging two teams including their opponents in this game.

Darko Tofiloski played from the start for Košice and conceded one goal in the 57th minute. Košice remains second from bottom on the table and the last round in Slovakia next week will decide which team will get relegated. Agim Ibraimi started on the bench for Nafta before he came on at the start of the 2nd half replacing Rade Jovanovič while Dragan Cadikovski started for Rudar and played until the 55th minute when he was replaced by Doris Kelenc. Rudar scored all four goals in the 2nd half as Nafta continued their dreadful second half and is now facing a relegation play-off if they are unable to move up the table with only one league game remaining until the end of the season.
