Macedonian internationals performances (11-14.05 ’18)

Enis Bardhi scored a brace against Barcelona, Krste Velkoski provided an assist for his team, while Denis Mahmudov, Filip Ivanovski and Boban Nikolov each scored a goal for their sides.

Egzon Belica and Besart Abdurahimi were in Partizani’s starting line-up, while their teammates Alban Sulejmani and Emran Ramadani didn’t play. For the visitors Sedat Berisha was without game-time.

Valon Ethemi started for Kukësi and played until the 66th minute.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Skënderbeu – Teuta 1:3
Bojan Gjorgievski as usual opened at right-back for Teuta and played all minutes in the big win away to Skënderbeu. His teammate Burhan Mustafov didn’t play.

Yani Urdinov made the start for the hosts and played the whole match.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League play-off I, Genk – Charleroi 4:1
Gjoko Zajkov wasn’t called up by Charleroi for this encounter.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League play-off II, OH Leuven – Zulte-Waregem 1:2
Jovan Kostovski opened at centre-forward and played 80 minutes as his team suffered a narrow home loss against Zulte-Waregem.

Emil Abaz made the visitors bench and was introduced already in the 26th minute. His team was 2:0 down at that point, managed two equalize, but Lokeren added two more goals
to gain three points.

Bosnia-Herzegovina, BH Telecom Premijer Liga, Sarajevo – Zrinjski 4:1
Krste Velkoski captained Sarajevo and played the whole game in attacking midfield. In the 40th minute Krste provided the assist for Sarajevo’s second goal, that was his 9th assist of the season. Marjan Altiparmakovski watched the entire game from the hosts bench.

Aleksandar Lazevski wasn’t part of Sloboda’s matchday squad.

Bulgaria, Parva Liga Europa League final, Slavia – Lokomotiv Plovdiv 1:3
Luka Nakov wasn’t part of Slavia’s squad, while Vancho Trajanov spent all minutes on the visitors bench. Lokomotiv won both games against Slavia, thus they won the duel on aggregate and will be part of the upcoming Europa League qualifications.

Both Mirko Ivanovski and Tome Kitanovski were in the starting line-up for the home side. At half-time Tome stayed in the locker room to make space for striker Jan Doležal, while Mirko was substituted in the 90th minute for youngster Mihael Mladen.

Muzafer Ejupi wasn’t part of the visitors matchday squad.

Armend Dalipi didn’t make the hosts squad, whereas Leonard Zhuta played the second half for Rijeka as he was introduced directly after the half-time break. Meanwhile, Milan Ristovski wasn’t part of Rijeka’s team.

Samir Fazli played the whole game as his team surprised the season champions for whom Arijan Ademi also featured the full 90 minutes. Ademi even picked up a yellow card in the 79th minute.

Both Daniel Mojsov and Ivan Trichkovski were rested for the home team as they have the cup final against Apollon on Wednesday, while Davor Zdravkovski played the whole match for the visiting side.

Aleksandar Damchevski did not play in this game as he is still out with an injury.

Veliche Shumulikoski is still out with an injury as his club managed to stay undefeated for 6 games in a row and escape from the relegation zone.

Davor Taleski remained on the visiting bench as reserve keeper.

Filip Ivanovski was brought on in 74th minute and scored a goal deciding the game in the added time.

Hungary, OTP Bank Liga, Ferencváros – Vasas 1:1
A Macedonian and former Pelister players derby in Hungary as the hosts are chasing the title, while the visitors are trying to avoid relegation. Both Stefan Spirovski for the hosts and Kire Ristevski for the visitors played the whole match and in the end shared the points.

Boban Nikolov played the whole match for the home side and actually scored the opening goal.

Risto Mitrevski played the whole match for the visitors and picked up a yellow card in the 90th minute.

Goran Pandev missed this match due to a red card suspension.

Italy, Serie B, Palermo – Cesena 0:0
Another disappointment for the team of Aleksandar Trajkovski and Ilija Nestorovski. Both started on the bench with the later fully recovered from the injury. Trajkovski came in instead Gabriele Rolando in the 75th minute, while Nestorovski got to play the last four minutes plus the injury time substituting Stefano Moreo. With one round left, Palermo must celebrate away to Salernitana and also to pray that Frosinone loses at home by Foggia and Parma not to beat Spezia on the road.

David Babunski wasn’t in the home squad.

Kazakhstan, Kaesipqoi Ligasy, Tobol – Kairat 1:0
Vanche Shikov played the full 90 minutes for Tobol and was part of the defensive line that helped the team win over Kairat.

Netherlands, Eerste Divisie, Sparta – Dordrecht 2:2
Both Denis Mahmudov and Antonio Stankov played the full match for Dordrecht away to Sparta. Mahmudov scored the first goal on the match with a nice shot from 30 meters in the 7th minute, but unfortunately Dordrecht drew with 2:2 and was eliminated from the semi-finals of the promotion play-offs after Sparta won the first match with 1:2. Denis Mahmudov finished the season with 15 goals.

Aleksandar Todorovski was in the starting lineup for Zagłębie and played until the 57th minute and his team lost at home to Jagiellonia.

Portugal, Liga NOS, Maritimo – Sporting 2:1
Stefan Ristovski watched his team lose away to Maritimo from the bench for substitute players. Sporting finished the season on the third position and will play in the Europa League next season.

Romania, Liga I Betano, Voluntari – Sepsi 1:2
Milovan Petrovikj was in the starting lineup for Sepsi, while Marko Simonovski didn’t play for the away team that won over Voluntari.

Serbia, SuperLiga, Borac – Radnik 2:0
Destan Hadjija wasn’t called up by Borac.

Serbia, SuperLiga, Mačva – Javor 1:2
Both Aleksa Amanovikj and Filip Ristovski made the start for Javor and played all minutes in defense as their team collected three points away to Mačva.

Petar Krstikj was an unused substitute for Radnički.

Daniel Avramovski started for Vojvodina and played until the 3rd minute. At that point the score was 1:1, but the visitors added one goal to grab three points on the road.

Dushan Savic wasn’t part of the visitors squad.

Tihomir Kostadinov made the visitors bench, but didn’t play.

Zeni Husmani started in defensive midfield for Domžale and played the entire game, while his teammate Agim Ibraimi also made the squad, but didn’t play.

Spain, Primera División, Levante – Barcelona 5:4
Big game for Enis Bardhi and Levante as they collected three points against giants Barcelona. Enis managed to score his teams third and fifth goal in the 46th and 56th minute and lasted all minutes on the field in the role of a left winger. Furthermore, Bardhi also received a yellow card in the 22nd minute.

Spain, Segunda División, Sevilla B – Gimnàstic 1:0
Stole Dimitrievski was the visitors starting goalkeeper and conceded one goal in the narrow loss away to Sevilla’s second team. Nàstic lost against an already relegated team and with three rounds left is facing hard battle to avoid relegation as is only a point away from the zone.

David Mitov Nilsson is still recovering from his injury, thus he didn’t play for the visitors.

Elif Elmas wasn’t part of the visiting team.

Adis Jahovic began on Konyaspor’s bench and played from the 63rd minute after he replaced Moryke Fofana.

Besir Demiri opened at left-back and played the entire game for Mariupol.
