Darko Tasevski scored the game winning goal for Levski, Goran Maznov scored his second goal in a Kerkyra uniform, Aleksandar Trajkovski scored his first league goal for Inter Zaprešić, while Stojan Ignjatov also scored a goal for Ethnikos Achnas.

Italy, Serie A, Brescia – Inter 1:1
Goran Pandev played the entire game for Inter and played pretty well in the 1st half by showing nice dribbling skills and linking up well with his teammates but that was all forgotten as he missed two huge chances in the 2nd half and was criticized heavily by the Inter fans and media.  In the 63rd minute, Maicon found Giampaolo Pazzini in the box who then made a nice pass to the charging Pandev who was all alone with the keeper but his shot was saved by the Brescia keeper.  The second big miss by Pandev came in the 80th minute when Samuel Eto’o found Pandev who was again all alone with the opposing keeper but he was indecisive and then his shot with his weaker right foot hit the face of the Brescia keeper and he squandered another good opportunity.  Brescia equalized in the 84th minute after an error by Inter defender Iván Córdoba and even had a chance to win the game in the 89th minute when they were awarded a penalty but Inter keeper Júlio César saved the penalty and both teams had to settle for a point.

Stefan Ristovski played all 90 minutes for the Parma Primavera team as he actually played LB in this game which ended in a goalless draw.

Germany, 1. Bundesliga, Mainz 05 – Bayer Leverkusen 0:1
Nikolce Noveski played the entire game for Mainz who suffered a tough loss as Bayer Leverkusen scored the only goal of the game in the 82nd minute as a result of a mental mistake by Mainz defender Bo Svensson.  The Mainz keeper passed the ball to Svensson who didn’t realize that Bayer Leverkusen player Renato Augusto was behind him and then Augusto took the ball away from Svensson before he unleashed a powerful right footed shot that went past the Mainz keeper.

Germany, 1. Bundesliga, Schalke 04 – Eintracht Frankfurt 2:1
Aleksandar Vasoski was an unused substitute for Eintracht Frankfurt while his teammate Oka Nikolov remains out with an injury.  Eintracht was finally able to score a goal even though they suffered another loss as they hadn’t scored a goal in their previous eight league games.  Their last goal prior to this game was on 18 December 2010 in a 1:0 win against Borussia Dortmund.

Ukraine, Premyer-Liha, Dynamo Kyiv – Vorskla Poltava 2:0
Goran Popov played the entire game for Dynamo Kyiv who continued their good form with another win but it wasn’t all good news as star striker Artem Milevskiy sustained what appeared to be a serious arm injury in the 43rd minute and had to be substituted.

Ukraine, Premyer-Liha, Karpaty Lviv – Shakhtar Donetsk 1:0
Martin Bogatinov played from the start for Karpaty Lviv and kept a clean sheet against Ukrainian giants Shakhtar Donetsk who recently eliminated Roma from the Champions League.  Bogatinov showed great reflexes in the 27th minute when he made a great diving save following a header from close range by Luiz Adriano and then Bogatinov made another good save in the 53rd minute saving a shot from Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

Ukraine, Premyer-Liha, Metalurh Donetsk – Sevastopol 1:0
Mario Gjurovski was an unused substitute for Metalurh Donetsk while Besart Ibraimi started for Sevastopol and played until the 59th minute when he was replaced by Andriy Shevchuk.

Russia, Premyer-Liga, CSKA Moskva – Amkar 2:0
Stevica Ristic played all 90 minutes for Amkar who started the new Russian Premier League season with a loss away to CSKA Moskva.  Ristic and his team could not create much in this game as CSKA Moskva dominated the game and had numerous chances but were only able to score two goals.

Cyprus, Marfin Laiki League, Olympiacos Nicosia – APOEL 1:2
Boban Grncarov played the entire game for APOEL while his teammate Ivan Trickovski returned from his injury by starting on the bench before he entered the game in the 67th minute replacing Constantinos Charalambides.  Grncarov had a chance in the 18th minute but his header from close range following a high cross by Gustavo Manduca went over the goal.  As for Trickovski, his best chance came in the 78th minute when Brazilian Ailton Almeida had his shot blocked and the ball reached Trickovski on the rebound but his shot was saved by the opposing keeper.

Cyprus, Marfin Laiki League, Enosis Neon Paralimni – Ethnikos Achnas 1:2
Edin Nuredinoski played from the start for Ethnikos Achnas and conceded one goal directly from a free kick in the 38th minute, Vance Sikov did not play because of a yellow cards suspension, Stojan Ignjatov started and played until the 70th minute when he was replaced by Ivan Petrović, while Filip Ivanovski was an unused substitute.  For Enosis Neon Paralimni, Petar Milosevski did not play as Georgi Petkov started in goal, Bojan Markoski started at CB and played the entire game, while Zoran Baldovaliev also got the start and played until the 73rd minute when he was replaced by Dieter van Tornhout.  Baldovaliev had the first chance of the game in the 3rd minute but his shot went just wide of the goal.  In the 22nd minute, Ethnikos Achnas took the lead when Ignjatov capitalized on a mistake by Enosis defender Jimmy De Wulf to slot the ball to the back of the net.  Enosis equalized in the 38th minute when Brazilian Alex Da Silva scored directly from a free kick before Ethnikos Achnas scored the game winning goal in the 90th minute when they converted a penalty.

Ilco Naumoski started for Mattersburg and played until the 89th minute when he was replaced by Robert Waltner.  Mattersburg was leading 1:0 at the time but the visitors were able to equalize in the 90th minute to pick up a point.

Dejan Stojanovic played from the start for Lustenau 07 and conceded one goal in the 74th minute as a result of a great volley with perfect placement by Admira striker Marcus Hanikel.

Ilija Nestorovski started for Slovácko and played until the 75th minute when he was replaced by Filip Hlúpik.  Just a minute before his substitution, Nestorovski scored with a header but it was ruled offside and the goal was disallowed.

Armend Alimi played the entire game for Istra 1961 and threatened early in the 8th minute but his shot went wide of the goal.  Alimi then forced the keeper to make a nice save in the 54th minute but Šibenik otherwise dominated the game and picked up a convincing victory.  After the game, Istra 1961 fans were livid with the effort of the players and demanded to talk to the manager and players to give them a lecture.  For Šibenik, Daniel Georgievski remains out with an injury.

Croatia, T-Com Prva HNL, Lokomotiva Zagreb – Inter Zaprešić 2:4
Goran Todorcev played all 90 minutes for Inter Zaprešić while his teammate Aleksandar Trajkovski also got the start and played until the 66th minute when he was replaced by Ante Budimir.  Trajkovski scored his first league goal for Inter Zaprešić in the 12th minute when he received a cross in the crowded penalty box and initially couldn’t control the ball cleanly but he got a good bounce when the ball hit an opposing defender and returned for Trajkovski who scored with a right footed shot from close range.

Agim Ibraimi played the entire game for Nafta who twice came back from a goal down to equalize the game and then Ibraimi had a chance to give his team the lead but his shot was saved by the opposing keeper.  Domžale than scored the game winning goal in the 73rd minute despite playing with 10 men after the 60th minute when Slobodan Vuk picked up a red card.
