Macedonian internationals performances (09-12.11 ’18)

Ivan Trichkovski scored a goal, Dorian Babunski assisted and later scored a long distance lob, Krste Velkoski converted a penalty kick, Mite Cikarski and Yani Urdinov were sent off, while Aleksandar Trajkovski, Ilija Nestorovski and Antonio Stankov assisted.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Skënderbeu – Flamurtari 1:0
Goran Siljanovski and Muhamed Useini were starters for Flamurtari, while their teammate Artim Polozhani opened on the bench and played from the 82nd minute.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Partizani – Laçi 1:0
Egzon Belica started for Partizani and was part of a defense that kept a clean sheet, while his teammate Besnik Ferati didn’t play. For the visitors Bojan Najdenov began in midfield, whereas Marjan Altiparmakovski didn’t see game time. Eventually, Partizani won thanks to a goal in the 62nd minute.

Neither Dejan Blazhevski nor Sedat Berisha played in Tirana’s loss away to Luftëtari.

Australia, Hyundai A-League, Newcastle United Jets – Sydney FC 1:1
Daniel Georgievski opened at right-back for Newcastle and played the entire game. In the 53rd minute Daniel also received a yellow card.

Azerbaijan, Topaz Premyer Liqası, Sabah – Səbail 0:4
Tome Kitanovski played all minutes for the visitors as his team demolished Sabah on the road.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League, Charleroi – Club Brugge 2:1
Gjoko Zajkov did not make the bench for the hosts who defeated Club Brugge, the second placed team in the League.

Belgium, Proximus League, Roeselare – OH Leuven 0:4
Jovan Kostovski was once again not summoned by OH Leuven as they demolished Roeselare with a 0:4 victory.

Emil Abaz watched the entire game from the bench as his club won away against Lommel.

Bosnia-Herzegovina, BH Telecom Premijer Liga, Zrinjski – Sarajevo 2:2
In a tense match between the two leading teams of the Bosnian League, Krste Velkoski played the full game for Sarajevo and scored their second goal in the 71st minute by converting a penalty. The game finished in a 2:2 tie which leaves Sarajevo in the leading position with a 5 points lead in front of Zrinjski. The match ended with a total of 13 yellow cards shown, including one for Velkoski in the 90th minute. Krste has now gathered 7 goals this season.

Djelil Asani played the entire game for the hosts and also got booked in the 89th minute.

Darko Glishikj was once again not summoned by Septemvri who is having a tough time fighting to avoid the relegation zone.

Neither of the Macedonian internationals Luka Nakov and Stefan Ashkovski made the squad for the hosts.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Lokomotiva – Dinamo 0:1
Arijan Ademi started the game for Dinamo and lasted 67 minutes on the pitch. The substitution followed 10 minutes after he was shown a yellow card. Dinamo was already in lead at that stage and the result remained unchanged.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Hajduk – Inter 3:0
Mirko Ivanovski started the game for Hajduk at the bench and he entered the field as a late substitute in the 87th minute when the 3:0 score was already set.

Leonard Zhuta from Rijeka was the only one of the three Macedonians involved in this match to play the game. He played the full 90 minutes on his usual left-back position and also got booked in the 85th minute. His team-mate Darko Velkovski remains to be sidelined due to an injury, whereas Agron Rufati spent the entire game on the host’s bench.

Ivan Trichkovski played 78 minutes for the visiting side and scored the opening goal of the game. Daniel Mojsov is still out, while Dushko Trajchevski started the game for the hosts and played until the 78th minute.

Davor Zdravkovski played the whole match for the hosts who suffered a heavy home defeat. However, they are still topping the table even after this defeat.

Ezgjan Alioski played the whole match for Leeds who suffered a heavy defeat away from home.

Mite Cikarski started the game for the visiting side but did not get to play to the end as he has received two yellow cards and was sent off in the 48th minute.

Stefan Spirovski started the match for the visiting side and played until the 79th minute. Table leaders Ferencváros lost surprisingly to bottom-placed Haladás but kept the first place.

Goran Pandev made a late substitute appearance for Genoa as he was introduced in the 89th minute taking the place of Rômulo. He was put into play as three minutes earlier one of his teammates scored an own goal bringing Napoli the 2:1 lead.

Italy, Serie B, Palermo – Pescara 3:0
Aleksandar Trajkovski and Ilija Nestorovski played all minutes in attack for Palermo and helped their team by providing the assists for the second and third goal netted in the 86th and 87th minute. Palermo defeated the leaders Pescara and took over the top in the Italian second division. Previously Trajkovski missed three opportunities to score a goal.

Like in the previous round, Dorian Babunski entered the match in the 80th minute instead of the same player, Shūta Doi and brought the win to his team. First he assisted to Yūki Nakashima for the leading goal in the 86th minute and four minutes later scored a stunning 40 meters lob goal to cement the win. With just one round left his team is still 3rd but equal on points with second-placed Ōita Trinita and just a point less than leaders Yamaga. The first two will win promotion whil;e the next four will enter a promotion play-off.

Denis Mahmudov made Excelsior’s bench and played from the 84th minute when his team was already down 1:6.

Netherlands, Erste Divisie, Go Ahead Eagles – Dordrecht 2:1
Captain Antonio Stankov was the starting right-back for Dordrecht and provided the assist for the opener in the 41st minute. Unfortunately the hosts responded with two goals in the second half to down Antonio’s team. Antonio also picked up a yellow card in the 5th minute of stoppage time.

Stefan Ristovski didn’t play as he is still sidelined by an injury.

Romania, Liga I Betano, Cluj – Dunărea 0:0
Filip Gligorov started at right-back for Dunărea and helped his team to keep a clean sheet in the big goalless draw away to Cluj. In the 55th minute Gligorov was also booked with a yellow card.

Marko Simonovski made a late substitute appearance for Sepsi as he came off the bench three minutes from time.

Serbia, SuperLiga, Partizan – Radnik 2:0
Zoran Danoski was an unused substitute for Radnik.

Aleksandar Todorovski played all minutes for the visitors in the narrow win away to Proleter.

Serbia, SuperLiga, Zemun – Čukarički 0:3
Dushan Savic opened on Zemun’s bench and played the last 20 minutes, while Milosh Tosheski, who is a new member of Macedonia’s U21 national team, made the start and played until the 55th minute.

Slovakia, Fortuna Liga, Zlaté Moravce – Sereď 0:1
Stefan Bogdanovski wasn’t included in the visiting squad for this game.

Slovakia, Fortuna Liga, Trenčín – Žilina 0:2
Enis Fazlagikj played the whole game for Žilina.

Slovakia, Fortuna Liga, Ružomberok – Dunajská Streda 0:1
Yani Urdinov started for Ružomberok at left-back and played until the 75th minute when he was sent off because of receiving two yellow cards. He was booked in the 27th and 75th minute of the game. Urdinov’s teammate Tihomir Kostadinov entered the field in the 61st minute substituting Dalibor Takáč.

Milan Ristovski came as a substitution for Krško at the 46th minute instead Serbian international Nenad Srećković while his teammate Medin Bajrami wasn’t summoned for this game.

Agim Ibraimi made a late substitution appearance for Domžale entering the pitch in the 84th minute instead Jamaican international Shamar Nicholson.

Daniel Avramovski didn’t play for Olimpija.

Enis Bardhi spent all minutes on the field for Levante and he also received a yellow card in the 65th minute of the game.

Spain, Primera División, Rayo Vallecano – Villareal 2:2
Stole Dimitrievski was Rayo’s starting goalkeeper and conceded two goals in his team’s home draw. This was Stole’s first game for Rayo in the Spanish top tier.

Highlights:

Sweden, Allsvenskan, Häcken – Norrköping 0:1
David Mitov Nilsson returned after the back injury and was at the visiting bench. His Norrköping won the necessary three points but since AIK also won they failed to overtake the top and therefore finished the season as runners-up since this was the last round in Sweden.

Switzerland, Raiffeisen Super League, Neuchâtel Xamax – Grasshoppers 2:3
Nikola Gjorgjev didn’t make the matchday squad for Grasshopers.

Turkey, Süper Lig, Konyaspor – Ankaraguçu 2:0
Adis Jahovic played the entire game for the home team.

Jani Atanasov came as a substitute for Bursaspor in the 74th minute replacing Camerounian international Aurélien Chedjou.

Stefan Jevtoski started in midfield for Arsenal and played until the 74th minute when Maksym Feshchuk took his place. Jevtoski was also shown a yellow card in the 37th minute.
