Macedonian internationals performances (08-11.02.2019)

Adis Jahovic won and converted a penalty, Ivan Trichkovski scored a header, while Kire Ristevski and Aleksandar Trajkovski assisted this past weekend.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Partizani – Kastrioti 2:0
Center-back Egzon Belica was all minutes parts of Partizani’s defense that kept a clean sheet.

Azerbaijan, Topaz Premyer Liqası, Səbail – Zirə 0:2
Tome Kitanovski opened on the hosts bench and played the last half hour after he replaced Emil Martinov.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League, Charleroi – Oostende 1:1
Gjoko Zajkov spent once again the entire game on Charleroi’s bench.

Belgium, Proximus League, Beerschot Wilrijk – St. Gilloise 3:1
Emil Abaz did not make the matchday squad for the hosts.

Belgium, Proximus League, Mechelen – OH Leuven 2:1
Jovan Kostovski was once again not summoned by OH Leuven.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Dinamo – Istra 1:0
Arijan Ademi played the full game for Dinamo, while Agron Rufati remained on the bench by the visitors. Ademi also suffered a shoulder injury during the game but he managed to continue and play on the entire match.

Mirko Ivanovski was once again sidelined by Hajduk due to an injury.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Rudeš – Osijek 0:1
Muzafer Ejupi did not make the squad for the visitors as he is still awaiting his comeback for Osijek.

Darko Velkovski spent the entire game on the bench, while his teammate Milan Ristovski did not make the squad after returning to Rijeka only one day prior the game.

Cyprus, Protáthlima Cyta, AEK – Alki 2:0
Three Macedonians played the whole match as Daniel Mojsov and Ivan Trichkovski featured for the hosts, while Dushko Trajchevski played the whole match for the visiting side. Trichko went on to score the second goal for his side.

Davor Zdravkovski played the whole match for the visiting side. He was shown a yellow card in the 82nd minute of the match.

England, Championship, Middlesbrough – Leeds United 1:1
Ezgjan Alioski played the whole match for Leeds as left back. The equalizer was scored 11 minutes into 12 minutes of injury time, securing Leeds United a dramatic point against Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium.

Finland, Suomen Cup, VPS – RoPS 2:1
Damjan Shishkovski was between the posts for the visiting side.

Greece, Souroti Soúper Lígka, Giannina – Panathinaikos 1:0
Mite Cikarski did not feature for the hosts at this game. It is unclear whether his club is counting on him as he has only once been on the bench in the second half of the season.

Nikola Jakimovski played the whole match for the visiting side as left back. His teammate goalie Davor Taleski wasn’t in the matchday squad.

Hungary, OTP Bank Liga, Újpest – Ferencváros 1:1
Kire Ristevski played the whole match for the hosts and provided the assist to his side’s only goal, while Stefan Spirovski is still out with an injury so weren’t able to see a Macedonian or even a Bitola derby in the Hungarian league. The hosts managed to grab a point from this game with a goal in the final moments of the match scored by Nagy and assist by Kire.

Boban Nikolov remained on the bench for the home team.

Israel, Ligat Winner, Hapoel Haifa – Ashdod 0:1
Risto Mitrevski played 75 minutes for the home team before he was taken off. He was shown a yellow card, but it seems like that the substitution was tactical as his side were surprisingly down and chasing the result.

Italy, Serie A, Bologna – Genoa 1:1
Goran Pandev stayed on Genoa’s bench during the whole match away to Bologna.

Italy, Serie B, Perugia – Palermo 1:2
Aleksandar Trajkovski assisted for the first goal after only two minutes of play and Palermo celebrated a win away to Perugia with two goals by Puscas. Ilija Nestorovski is back in training and therefore watched the match from the bench for substitute players.

Netherlands, Eredivisie, Fortuna – Excelsior 4:1
Denis Mahmudov entered the match in the 79th minute, but wasn’t able to help his team avoid the defeat away in Sittard.

Netherlands, Erste Divisie, Helmond – Dordrecht 1:2
Antonio Stankov lead Dordrecht as captain of the team to a 1:2 victory away to Helmond.

Portugal, Liga NOS, Feirense – Sporting 1:3
Stefan Ristovski was in the starting lineup and played the whole match for Sporting in the 1:3 victory away to last placed Feirense.

Romania, Liga I Betano, Dunărea – Concordia 2:1
Filip Gligorov wasn’t included in the home team’s squad for this match.

Romania, Liga I Betano, Sepsi – Dinamo 0:1
Marko Simonovski played until the 63rd minute for Sepsi against Dinamo.

Saudi Arabia, Dawri Al-Muhtarifin Al-Saudia, Al-Ra’ed – Al-Wahda 1:3
Ferhan Hasani played the whole match for Al-Ra’ed, but wasn’t able to help his team avoid the defeat.

Spain, Primera División, Alavés – Levante 2:0
Enis Bardhi entered the game in the 60th minute but failed to help Levante reach an equaliser. The score was 1:0 at the time when Bardhi was introduced, but Alavés also managed to score yet another goal in the stoppage time to reach a 2:0 win.

Spain, Primera División, Espanyol – Rayo Vallecano 2:1
Stole Dimitrievski was starting the goalkeeper for the visitors and he received two goals in this game. He had several good saves during the game but at the end his team lost with the goal scored in the fifth minute of the additional time.

Switzerland, Raiffeisen Super League, Zürich – Grasshoppers 3:1
Nikola Gjorgjev played full game for Grasshoppers at right back in his team’s defeat in the Zurich derby. He was also shown a yellow card in the 45th minute of the game. He did well despite featuring for the first time in this role as last round he played on the other side.

Turkey, Süper Lig, Konyaspor – Malatyaspor 1:1
Leonard Zhuta and Adis Jahovic played whole match for the home team. Jahovic won a penalty after being fouled by the keeper and successfully converted it to equalize in the 85th minute from. He also received a yellow card in the very same minute when he attacked Malatyaspor’s goalkeeper immediately after he scored the goal. This was Jahovic’s 6th goal this season.

Turkey, Süper Lig, Kayserispor – Fenerbahçe 1:0
Elif Elmas entered the game for Fenerbahçe in the 82nd minute substituting Ghanaian international André Ayew.

Turkey, Süper Lig, Beşiktaş – Bursaspor 2:0
Jani Atanasov didn’t make the matchday squad for Bursaspor.
