After being out of action the entire 2025 due to an injury, Stefan Cholakovski has managed to return to his old form very fast in the new year by scoring his first goal of the season in his third appearance for Perth Glory (having already picked up his first assist in the previous round). He entered the game from the bench in the 70th minute and provided the equalizing goal in the stoppage time, to set the final 2:2 score.

As usual, Visar Musliu made another start for Sint-Truiden but already in the 6th minute he had to leave the field due to an injury. It remains to be seen in the following days as to how serious his injury is and how long he would be absent.
