The heavy rain that hit Skopje made big problems so some matches were interrupted and abandoned and were finished later then planned. Sileks and Turnovo have definitely secured their stay in the league while Pobeda and Metalurg will fight for avoiding the play-out in the last round.
Rabotnicki Skopje – Pobeda Prilep 2:0 (1:0)
30′ Savic, 85′ Fabio Silva
Rabotnicki hosted Pobeda on the Cair stadium and outplayed the visitors, eventhough Pobeda was the only team who needed the points from this match.
The hosts had complete domination and control in the first half but were not leading on the half time only because of the successful saves by Pobeda’s goalkeeper Božić. After 24 minutes of play under the heavy rain in the second half, the referee decided to stop the match because there were no conditions for playing football anymore on the Cair stadium.
According to the regulations, because the match was abandoned in the 69th minute and 80% of the match were not completed, a new match was scheduled the next day.
And again Rabotnicki dominated over Pobeda on the second match, but this time on their stadium – the arena Philip II. With the goals scored by Dusan Savic and Fabio Silva, Rabotnicki secured the win and left Pobeda to strive against their relegation in the last round.
Vardar Skopje – Metalurg Skopje 1:0 (1:0)
44′ Ejupi
Same as the Rabotnicki-Pobeda match, Metalurg were the only team with motivation before this match, but wasn’t displayed on the pitch as Vardar outplayed Metalurg.
Vardar had big scoring chance on the begining of the match when Jancevski stole a ball and pased it from the right to Ejupi who shot directly in the goalkeeper Mancevski. Metalurg tried to organize some attacks and had few chances, but Ilijoski and Stefanovic missed the target. Vardar continued with the pressure and finally used one of the scoring opportunities before the end of the first half. Jancevski assisted Muzafer Ejupi on the edge of the box who sent nice shot and scored for 1:0.
The heavy rain made big problems on this match too same as on the match in Cair, so it was interrupted in the 62nd minute. After a short break, the match continued. The bad conditions didn’t allow both teams to create many chances. Vardar still managed to make pressure on Metalurg’s goal, but the match ended with 1:0.
