The champion of 2012/13 Macedonian First League will be decided in the last round, as will the teams that will have to play relegation play-off match.
Unlike recent years endings, this season is exciting right to the last round. The champion will be named in the last round, as will the teams who will be placed 9th and 10th and will play in relegation playoffs.
Metalurg and Vardar shared the points in the derby of the round. Vardar took the lead first through Ranđelović in 22nd minute and was 15 minutes away from defending the title, but Mile Krstev denied them the first match ball. Krstev equalized the result and set the final score in 75th minute and left Vardar and Horizont Turnovo to decide this season’s winner in their direct mutual match in Skopje on Sunday.
Horizont Turnovo easily defeated Rabotnichki 3:0 and got the chance to lift the trophy if they are to defeat Vardar in the last round. Milushev, Blazhevski and Baldovaliev brought Horizont the three points.
Renova and Drita shared the points, while Napredok defeated Bregalnica in Kichevo. Pelister surprised Shkendija in Gostivar and now Renova are safe from the relegation playoff sports, while Drita, Napredok and Pelister all have the chance to avoid the 9th and 10th place. If Drita defeats Shkendija in the last round and Pelister celebrates against Napredok, Drita will end on 8th place.
In the match between the already relegated Teteks and Sileks, Macedonian Cup winner Teteks outplayed Sileks and celebrated a 4:0 win.
