The Macedonian diaspora players performances are back with the first edition of 2023. Alec Urosevski had the biggest impact as he netted two goals in Down Under for Rockdale Ilinden.

James Delianov spent all minutes on Adelaide’s bench as he served as his teams reserve goalkeeper.

Alec Urosevski captained Rockdale and was the man of the match as he had a brace scoring in the 51st and 56th minute. The opener came from a left-footed shot, whereas the second goal was a converted penalty after a teammate he set up nicely was fouled. Teammate Daniel Petkovski wasn’t called up, while fellow teammates and former Macedonian youth national team members Jamie Percevski and Nicola Kuleski made the bench. Nicola also played as he was introduced in the 76th minute.

For Altona Josh Markovski started at CF and played the entire game, his brother Jonas Markovski entered the match in the 77th minute, Darcy Anastovski was an unused substitute, while John Stojcevski wasn’t called up.

Sebastián Herrera Cardona* played from the 83rd minute for Doxa.

Sebastián Herrera Cardona* played until the 85th minute at LB. His team Doxa was eliminated from the cup competetion as they lost the first game of the duel against Pafos.
