Macedonian diaspora players performances (01-04.12.2023)

This past weekend Raul Paula had an assist and goal apiece, Sebastián Herrera Cardona scored, while Eren Karataş saved a penalty kick for his team. Raul Carlos Vasko Caldaroska Paula (shortly Raul Paula), born by a Macedonian mother, is mentioned the first time by us. He plays for the second team of Bundesliga club Stuttgart.

James Delianov was Adelaide’s reserve goalkeeper at this match.

James Nikolovski was an unused substitute for Brisbane, while his teammate Jonas Markovski wasn’t summoned because of a knee injury. Dylan Pierias substituted Zachary Sapsford for the Wanderers at the begining of the second half.

Raul Paula, made the start in attacking midfield for Stuttgart II and lasted on the pitch until the 81st minute in the game of the German 4th tier leagуe. Raul provided the assist for the second goal in the 20th minute and also scored when he netted in the 75th minute for the final goal of the game. Normally we don’t write about this level, but we wanted to introduce 19-year-old Raul Paula. Raul is a former German youth national team player and this season he is on fire, so far he has 13 goals and 5 assists in 20 league games. Very impressive as he mainly plays in midfield.

    Zeli Ismail made an late substitute appearance for Y Drenewydd in the 81st minute replacing Mathew Jones. Ismail provided an assist to the English international Louis Robles in the 82nd minute for his team’s last goal of the game.
