One of the rare undecided match-ups took place in Kratovo where Sileks hosted Renova. Sileks won the first leg 2:1 on the road, but Renova quickly erased that deficit by taking a 1:0 lead at halftime in the return leg. The aggregate score was now 2:2, but Sileks scored three goals in the 2nd half to reach the next round.

Ljubanci and Makedonija GjP, the only Second League sides to face each other, played a goalless draw in the return leg. Makedonija GjP only needed a draw, so they played it safe by being very defensive. That did not allow Ljubanci much space, so Makedonija GjP did just enough to move on.

Skopje had to chase a 3:1 deficit against Turnovo, but it was too tough a hurdle to overcome. Skopje even had a player advantage since the 38th minute as Mario Krstovski was red carded.
