Cup holders Makedonija GjP won by a lone goal against Akademija Pandev, while Struga defeated Bregalnica 2:0. Those were the matches that ended in 90 minutes.

The Shkupi – Shkendija derby ended after just 9 minutes when the visitors took the lead, but several home fans got the impression that Elezi was provoking them with his goal celebration so they invaded the pitch, which resulted in interrupting the match. The match officials decided that there are no conditions for the match to continue. FFM later registered the match as awarded win for Shkendija.

The most intense match was probably the one in Kratovo where Sileks and Vardar were tied after 90 minutes with no goals scored. The penalties ended in favor of the hosts as Vardar missed three shots, so the lone second division side got eliminated.

The draw for the semifinals will follow, while the Cup will continue in spring.
