The 3rd League West has ended and FK Vlazrimi from Kicevo is the champion. They will play in the play-off for a spot in the Second League next season against the winner of the 3rd League East, FK Osogovo from Kocani.

* Vlazrimi have won the league and will advance into the Second League promotion play-off. Rufeja, Vardar Brvenica, Fljamurtari and Arsimi got relegated into the Forth Leagues. However, there are some rumors that FFM may cancel the new format with three Third League divisions instead of 5 as it is now. If that happens, fewer clubs will be relegated.
** FK Palciste has quit the league after 12 games and it was replaced by FK Arsimi from Cegrane.
