FK Lepenec Bardovci is the champion of the 3rd League North and will advance into the play-ofs for the 2nd League where will face the winner of the 3rd League South-West, FK Novaci. The winner of this match will play in the 2nd League next season. FK Bratstvo Ljubin and FK Mladost Ergele, who did not finished the season, will join FK Napredok in the relegation and next season will play in the regional league.
