This season OFS Bitola decided the local forth division to be played in two groups with 12 and 10 teams each, as no 5th division took place. So, all interested teams competed on a single level.
Group A1 was won by Lisolaj with a 19-1-2 record, just three points more than runners-up OFK Bitola who had a defeat more. Third was Poeshevo, while 4th DOSK. The other A2 group had 10 teams with KSK from the village of Krklino ended 1st with 41 points or 13-2-3 record. Second came Jeni-Maale with 2 points less, while 3rd and 4th were Old Bojs and Crna Reka.
By topping their groups Lisolaj and KSK qualified for the final match to decide the champions and, more importantly, the team that would win promotion to the 3.MFL Southwest for next season.
The final match was played at the Pod Tumbe Kafe stadium, the biggest stadium in Bitola. The seemed to head into extra time when three minutes from time Lisolaj scored a game winning goal.

Lisolaj has never competed in the third tier although twice won promotion. In the seasons 2014/15 and 2016/17 they sold their place to Mogila. We truly hope that this time they won’t play dirty and they will compete. We also ask FFM to put on a law that would prevent clubs to behave in such unsportly manner. Clubs that sell their places do not deserve to participate in any league.
