Lazevski, Simonovski let go by their clubs

Aleksandar Lazevski and Marko Simonovski will not be brought back by Olimpija and Amkar, respectively.

Left-back Aleksandar Lazevski joined Slovenian side Olimpija this past January. He signed a 6-month contract until the end of the season. After only making seven league appearances for the club, Lazevski was informed by Olimpija that he will not be brought back. Thus, he becomes a free agent.

The same fate is true for striker Marko Simonovski. Amkar announced on its website that Simonovski will not be retained. He joined Amkar from Metalurg in August of 2014, but he only made four appearances for the first team. For the past couple of months, he was relegated to play for the Amkar reserves. His one year contract expires this month, and Amkar reached the decision to let him go.

The 27-year-old Lazevski and 23-year-old Simonovski have both been capped by the Macedonian national team in the past. They were also former youth national team players as well.
