Macedonia will play a friendly match against Poland on 26th of May 2008. The football federation of Macedonia accepted Poland's offer and the game will be played on a neutral pitch in Germany.

The friendly against the host country of European Championship 2012 will surely be a great test for Macedonian national football team. This is a FIFA term, so Macedonia should have available most of the players. The other term given by FIFA is in February, but opponent for that fixture is still to be chosen. Azerbaijan is a team that offered Macedonia a friendly for that term and that might be an interesting clash, as Macedonian coach Gjoko Hadzievski is their national team manager. Yet, probably countries with higher rating will be searched.
