The Disciplinary Committee of the Football Federation of Macedonia (FFM), acting upon a complaint from the FFM Board of Directors, has decided to impose a disciplinary measure of a ban on holding office for a period of two (2) years on Muamed Sejdini, a delegate to the FFM Assembly, for the act of “fraud and misleading a body of a football organization”, in accordance with Article 84 of the Disciplinary Regulations.
It has been established that the FFM Emergency Committee on 27.11.2024 made a decision to accept an offer from DPTU ENERGOINVEST TRADE DOO Skopje, for the construction of a stand at the Biljanini Izvori stadium in Ohrid, in the amount of 202,919,610.00 denars excluding VAT, without the requirement for advance payment, and authorized the then FFM president Muamed Sejdini to sign an agreement in accordance with the accepted offer.
The same decision was later confirmed by the FFM Board of Directors.
Despite this, on 03.12.2024, Muamed Sejdini, abusing his position, signed a contract with an inserted condition for an advance payment of 20%, which was not part of the accepted offer, whereby the advance was paid without a bank guarantee and without appropriate authorization.
By acting in this way, the Disciplinary Committee determined that Muamed Sejdini deceived and misled the FFM Board of Directors and caused serious material damage to the Federation, for which he was imposed the appropriate disciplinary sanction.
