Bregalnica reinforced the squad with five new players during the winter break.

The striker Lazar Iliev arrivied at Bregalnica as loaned player from Metalurg. The other significant transfer is the arrival of Serbian Nemanja Bradonjić from Pelister.
Bregalnica also signed Ile Stojanov from Tikves and the players Goran Projkov and Ivan Mitrev.
Mihail Donev left the club, while Zoran Pop-Panev retired.
