The 21st round of the season was marked by two big derby matches that saw both favorites drop points at home.
In today’s matches, Shkendija hosted Teteks with a chance to close the gap between them and Rabotnichki. However, they not only failed to score, but they got nothing from the game by losing 1:0. Teteks played a patient match and got their goal through Russian attacker Vladislav Oslonovskiy in the 62nd minute. With this result, Shkendija remains in third place on the table, while Teteks noted only their second win of the season.

Metalurg and Horizont Turnovo shared the points in a dull goalless draw, while most of the focus was centered around the final game on Sunday – the derby of Macedonia between Vardar and Pelister. Vardar was the better team throughout the match and created more chances, but eventually only got a point after conceding a late equalizer. The score was opened through Senijad Ibričić in the first half.
Pelister did not create too many chances, but Vardar was not doing much with its possession. In the final minutes of the match, when everybody thought Vardar was going to celebrate a new win, Goce Todorovski took a free-kick which keeper Tome Pachovski bobbled and it eventually ended behind his back for a bad goal. That’s a mistake you don’t expect from a veteran keeper who also starts for his country. Pelister celebrated the equalizer as if they had won the game. That was a big point for them to hopefully give them some added confidence the rest of the season.
