First League – Round 10 (Video)

Moment of the game in Shtip between Bregalnica and ShkendijaRabotnichki defeated Metalurg, Shkendija and Renova had no problems beating Bregalnica and Teteks away, while Sileks surprised Turnovo.

Shkendija took over the second place from Metalurg as the popular Metallurgists were defeated by Rabotnichki. The Red&Black had no problems in the road game in Shtip against Bregalnica and celebrated a 3:1 win. Shkendija is starting to get in form as now they are on a 4 games undefeated run (3 wins and a draw), while Bregalnica continues to sink as they are looking for the second seasonal win since the Round 2 when they beat Teteks.

Rabotnichki celebrated a win in the small local derby over Metalurg. Velkovski in the first half brought the lead, while the player with the longest surname in the league, Altiparmakovski, cemented the win after the break. Later home player Aleksandar Stojanovski was red carded, butr even with 10 men Metalurg manged to pull one back when 4 minutes before the end Lesakroski scored.

It took Ramadani less then a minute to score against dead last Teteks. Later Renova added three more goals to secure the first 3 points after three games without a win. Teteks is still looking for a victory this season and clearly only a miracle can safe them from instantly getting back to the Second League.

Sileks surprised Turnovo at home by defeating them. A lone goal by Duranski just few minutes after the break decided the winner. So far the Second League champion of last season is having a great start in the Macedonian best league.
