FIFA Rankings: winless Lynx drop two places

The two draws in the friendly matches against Finland and Azerbaijan sent Macedonia two places down to find itself on the 77th spot on the newest FIFA world ranking list.

We expected a bigger drop having in mind that Macedonia played a draw against the similar ranked team of Finland and far worse ranked Azerbaijan, but thanks to other teams ranked around Macedonia that lost points the Lynx stayed in the same region dropping only two places.

Macedonia played two games the past period, both of them friendlies on neutral ground in Turkey. First we were held goalless by Finland, while later Azerbaijan kept us to a 1:1 draw.
