FIFA rankings: Macedonia back at 68th place

Macedonia got back at the 68th place thanks to the two positive results in the opening matches of the 2020 EURO qualifiers.

After going down three places in the previous rankings, Macedonia got back at the same place at which entered this year. The 3:1 home win over Latvia and the 1:1 road draw with Slovenia in the European qualifiers gave the Lynx 7 points, enough to climb 3 places.

Interestingly, both best and worst moved are our EURO opponents. Israel accumulated most points (20) and moved up most places (8), while Austria lost most points (30) and went down most places (11).
