Fetai and Kirovski made substitute appearances

During today’s games, attackers Bajram Fetai and Hristijan Kirovski made late substitute appearances for their club teams.

Bajram Fetai started on the bench for Lyngby before he entered the game in the 80th minute replacing David Boysen.  His club won 2:1 over AaB to finally end a four game losing streak in league play.  However, despite the win, Lyngby remained second from bottom on the table with only 7 points after ten rounds in the Danish top division.

Meanwhile, in Cyprus, striker Hristijan Kirovski also made a late substitute appearance for Apollon by entering the game in the 85th minute replacing João Paulo.  Apollon eventually drew the game 0:0 on the road against Olympiacos Nicosia.

Both strikers have been capped by the Macedonian national team but neither player was included in the latest squad which was announced today by manager John Toshack.
