The three Macedonian participants learned the names of their opponents.
It was Sileks who first found out the name of its opponent. The Kratovo based club will face the lone participants from Liechtenstein, Vaduz. The first leg will be played on the road.
The most succesful Macedonian side in Europe in the past several season, Rabotnichki, thanks to their good coefficient started as seeded team in the draw. They will face a club from Montenegro, Budućnost from the capital city of Podgorica.
The winners of the Macedonian Cup, Shkendija, were the last drawn team and they got a Polish opponent in Cracovia.
The first leg games will be played on 30 June, while the returns on 7 July. Later was made the draw for ther second round.
