In front of its own fans on Thursday, Rabotnicki will play the last game in the Europa League this season against Italian giant Lazio. Since the first leg ended with a 6:0 win for the Biancocelesti, Rabotnicki will play without pressure and will try to exit the competition on a high note with maybe a victory against a Lazio side that will be resting many key players.
Lazio arrived in Skopje without the newest signings Miroslav Klose and Djibril Cissé who combined for three goals in the first leg and also without Cristian Brocchi who played in Rome but picked up a shoulder injury during the game. The manager Edy Reja brought the following players for the game: Federico Marchetti, Albano Bizzarri and Alessandro Berardi as goalkeepers; Ştefan Radu, Luciano Zauri, André Dias, Giuseppe Biava, Modibo Diakité, Luca Crescenzi, Lionel Scaloni and Senad Lulić as defenders; Stefano Mauri, Hernanes, Cristian Ledesma, Matuzalém, Lorik Cana, Enrico Zampa and Tommaso Ceccarelli as midfielders; and Tommaso Rocchi and Libor Kozák as strikers.
For Rabotnicki, the good news is that centre back Pance Kumbev is back after the yellow card suspension and will start the game. On the other hand, the 16-year-old midfielder Darko Velkovski and right winger Milovan Petrovik will miss the game due to the same reason that Kumbev was absent from the game at the Stadio Olimpico.
So far, around 22.000 tickets have been sold and for those who are still without a ticket, they will be able to purchase one before the start of the game. The visiting fans will be located at the East stand. The game starts at 20.45 at the National Arena Philip II of Macedon in Skopje. Referee will be Menashe Masiah from Israel. The game will be broadcasted live on Kanal 5.
