Tomorrow both Rabotnicki and Teteks will play for a longer European summer as both have good results from the first legs against Mika and Ventspils.
The first that will kick-off will be Rabotnicki who will start the match at 15.00 CET (18.00 local time) against Armenian side Mika. The game will be played at the Mika Sport Complex in Yerevan, a stadium openned in 2008 and shared by Mika and local rivals Ulisses. It has a total capacity of 8.000. Rabotnicki in Armenia will defend the 1:0 lead made in Skopje in the 87th minute with Wandeir’s goal. 23-year-old Brazilian defender Fernando Lopes Alcântara will miss this game because of the red card that he was given in the first leg and his place will take Egzon Belica who played very well in the first game. Mika will also be missing a player since Spanish midfielder Ulises Montenegro Cano injured himself in the first game. The winner of this clash will face Liverpool in the 3rd qualifying round. Referee of the game will be Radek Prihoda from the Czech Republic.
At 16.30 CET at the National Arena Philip II of Macedon, Teteks will try to beat Latvian club Ventspils. Since the first leg ended in a goalless draw, Teteks must win to advance. A draw with goals will put the Latvians in the 3rd round on a match against the winner of the clash between Swedish side Elfsborg and Moldovan side Iskra-Stal. So, Teteks must win! It won’t be anywhere near easy, since Ventspils is a strong team that last season managed to reach the group stage of the Europa League after beating Dudelange, BATE Borisov and Zürich in the qualifications. Teteks, on other side, is first time playing in any European cups, so passing Ventspils will make the history of the club much ritcher. The prize for the tickets is 100 Denars (1.62 Euros) and only for the North stand since the three other stands are under construction. Referee of the game will be Harald Lechner from Austria.
According to the bookmakers, Mika and Ventspils are small favorites to win the games:
