The Macedonian U21 was surprisingly defeated away to Estonia U21 with 1:0 in the qualifications for the UEFA U21 championship. This was the first goal for the Estonian U21 in the qualifications so far.
The Macedonian U21 national team leaded by Mirsad Joniz have suffered a shocking defeat away to Estonia. After eight played matches, this were the first won points for Estonia and the first scored goal in the qualifications. The only goal on the match was scored by Saag in the 10th minute.
Goran Slavkoski, the long awaited big talent who didn't get the chance at Inter, Middlesbrough, Sheffield United and Hajduk Split, finally decided to play for Macedonia and had his debute and played the whole 90 minutes, even though he hasn't played a match for a long time.
