Former Shkendija striker Ersen Sali is on the verge of completing a transfer to Moldovan side Dacia.

Dacia, who finished second on the table this past season, features another Macedonian player in Goran Dimovski.  Yesterday, both Dimovski and Sali boarded the same flight from Macedonia to Moldova.  Sali is expected to take a medical and then finalize the contract in the coming days.

Speaking on Dacia’s official website, Dimovski said the following about Sali, “He is an attacker, 25 years old.  A left footed player.  I played against him and can say that he is a good striker.  I do not want to sound like I’m promoting the player, you will see it all when he signs with Dacia.”
