Diaspora players performances (03-06.12.2021)

This past weekend Stênio Júnior and Luka Marković provided one assist each for their respective teams, while James Delianov kept a clean sheet in Down Under.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Partizani – Skënderbeu 2:1
Stênio Júnior* started in attack for Partizani and provided the assist for the game winner scored already in the 28th minute. The Brazilian eventually played the entire game and also received a yellow card in the 77th minute.

Australia, A-League, Brisbane Roar – Adelaide United 0:0
James Delianov was Adelaide’s starting goalkeeper and managed to keep a clean sheet in the goalless draw away to Brisbane.

Ben Kantarovski missed this game due to injury.

Australia, A-League, Melbourne City – Western United 0:1
Dylan Pierias opened on the visitors bench and was introduced in the 73rd minute.

Australia, FFA Cup, Western United – Wellington Phoenix 0:1
Dylan Pierias played the entire game for Western United, while his teammates Zac Kocankovski and Jake Najdovski were unused substitutes. Eventually, Wellington, for whom Macedonian international Matthew Bozinovski played all minutes, won and moved to the 1/8 round of the FFA Cup. Btw with Daniel Ilievski one of the assistant referees was also of Macedonian origin.

Croatia, 2. HNL, Varaždin – Dubrava 2:1
Amet Korca was the whole game in central defense for the visitors and also received a yellow card in the 61st minute.

Germany, 2. Bundesliga, Hannover 96 – Hamburger SV 1:0
Marko Johansson was between the posts for Hamburg and conceded one goal in the loss away to Hannover.


Hungary, Nemzeti Bajnokság, MTK – Újpest 2:1
Sebastián Herrera Cardona* missed this game due to injury.

Norway, Eliteserien, Vålerenga – Mjøndalen 2:0
Daniel Janevski wasn’t called up by the visitors for this encounter.

Serbia, Prva liga, Bačka – Loznica 3:1
Luka Marković opened in attack for the hosts and played almost the whole game as he was replaced in the 90th minute. Luka had an assist for his teams second goal when he found a teammate with a pass. His teammate Nikola Ristovski made a late substitute appearance as he was introduced in the 96th minute.

Dejan Trajkovski was an unused substitute for Spartak.

Turkey, Süper Lig, Galatasaray – Altay 2:2
Kazimcan Karataş began at LB for Altay and played until the 79th minute when he was substituted due to an injury.

Deniz Hümmet was an unused substitute for the visitors.

Yevgen Novak* wasn’t called up by Kolos for this match.

USA, MLS play offs, Portland Timbers – Real Salt Lake City 2:0
Milan Iloski didn’t make the squad as his team Real Salt Lake City was eliminated from the semi-finals of the MLS. The season is now over for Milan. The forward this season mainly played in the US second tier (his brothers Brian and Eric also played there) where he was on loan and had 5 goals and 3 assists in 18 games for the club Real Monarchs. In the MLS he had just one appearance and was additionally called up six times.
