Vardar humiliated Skenderbeu with a 9:0 win and advanced in the second round of the Macedonian Cup.
First League holders and favourites for the double had an easy task in the first round of the Macedonian Cup. They face Third League West side Skenderbeu from the village of Poroj who as host played at the Gradski stadium in Tetovo.
Vardar had a match that was more like a training session and ended with a 9:0 win. This game was played a week later then the others, while one more match is yet to be played in order for the first round to be completed. Shkendija’s game against Golemo Konjari was postponed due to their games in the Europa League qualifications.
