Bregalnica, holders Akademija Pandev, Shkendija and Struga are the four teams that managed to reach the semifinals.

Second league East side Bregalnica will play in the semis after they defeated once again Labunishta, this time on the road. Today they sealed their semifinal spot after only 45 minutes with two goals by Stojanov and one by Dodev. It was a clash between the lone remained second league sides in the Cup.

Rabotnichki failed to surprise Shkendija despite the positive result from the first leg (1:1 in Tetovo). Shkendija was leading twice in Skopje with the hosts twice equalizing and in the finals moment failing to add a third. Despite playing with a mixed team, the visitors were slightly better, creating more chances and missing by inches on few occasions. They also hit the bar twice. The hosts as well could have scored more goals. Both teams played a really quality game with many chances and what is important, good game flow by both, something rare for Macedonian teams.

After the goalless draw in the first leg, Struga managed to celebrate a come from behind win in Tetovo against Renova. Reaching the semis in the best result in the short history of this club formed just in 2015.

Holders Akademija Pandev continues to defend the trophy. They played a 1:1 draw against Shkupi and thanks to the lone goal win in the opening round they got through.
